I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or emails! I’ve been waiting since March 28 (today is June 3) for someone to replace the battery in my son’s lift. After an incorrect invoice, we (case manager and I) have called and emailed numerous times and have received no answer. I have contacted the local consumer reported bc I have to get this lift fixed!!!!

Rich was super helpful in getting my son's activity chair! He now has the correct size chair with all the support he needs and he received within a timely manner! Rich was very knowledgeable and professional through entire process and I would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone! In fact, I'm going to start using them for all of my son's equipment needs!!!

Amazing company. The wheelchair has given us our lives back. Now my husband can go out. He's been to doctor appointments, dinner at a restaurant, concerts, and we are going to a baseball game. Before the magical chair we had been stuck at home for a year. I cannot say enough good stuff about these people.

My name is Kevin Lofton I am from Wilson North Carolina. My experience with this national seating and mobility was awesome the staff is the best on pleasing their clients that is my opinion. Today I started a new chapter in my life because of this wonderful company. When the man came over to home I had a big smile on my face, because the person that brought me my wheelchair was so nice to me . He made sure that I knew how to operate it before he left I passed the test. I wish nothing but the best for this company a company that truly cares about their clients. National Seating & Mobility did an amazing job custom fitting a wheelchair for my husband‘s needs. Tom was an expert resource as we decided on the features of the chair along side his consistent communication throughout the process. He delivered the chair to our home and came back two more times to make sure that it was working well for my husband and to make a few adjustments. I can’t say enough about the customer service that tom provided and we are so happy that we got to work with this company!

Can't get anyone to call me back - left 3 messages in voicemail - oh and they say you will be contacted within 24 hours - NOT. My contacts that I got my son's wheelchair thru have left the company and apparently I have fallen into a black hole and get no new contacts.

I have been a customer with NSM for about 6 or 7 years. I love their service. Craig Cashwell has been an awesome repair man. He always knows exactly what my issue is and he comes and fixes the issue in a appropriate time manner.

My insurance company told me about this company. They said that they couldn't send any forms, to initiate my order. Lori said that it's solicitation, how is it a company can't reach out? They never answer the phone, the calls go to voicemail. When we talked yesterday, then Lori said she would call me back. Well, she never called, I thank God things didn't go through, I never want to deal with this company ever again. So, I really don't want my insurance to pay them a dime!!

Great experience with NSM. They were very thorough in assessing my needs and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Being disabled, it was nice to have something go smoothly for once. Special shout out to Tom C who spent a lot of time with me and made it easy. I would definitely purchase again from NSM.

There's no way to leave zero stars. This company is the slowest durable medical equipment company I've ever used. Very poor customer service and difficult to get a straight answer to order questions.

I'm not one to leave reviews typically, but I'm at my wit's end and don't know how else to get attention from this company. It's May 2023 and we've been trying to get a disability stroller since November 2022. A representative came to our house and did a stroller fitting, but did not reply to our emails or voicemails to check on the order status all through December. We were really needing to get this stroller in 2022 since we had met our maximum out-of-pocket for our insurance. I called our insurance company on Dec 21 and was told that the order had not come in yet. I believe the hold up was a misplaced fax at our pediatrician, but there's no excuse for him not replying to emails or voicemails.In February, our insurance denied the stroller. Someone from this company called me and told me she thought we could change the request to a stroller that was closer to a wheelchair and it would be covered by our insurance (although not fully because a new year had started.) It's now been three months since then and I haven't had any replies to my many emails or voicemails with this company. Meanwhile, my son is too big and strong for our regular stroller, but unable to be in public places without one for safety reasons. He has turned his stroller over with himself strapped into it many times, resulting in minor injuries, embarassment, and assumed negligence on our part in public places. Yesterday was the last straw for us...he flipped his stroller over in the hospital waiting room and everyone panicked.I would love to order from a different company but this is the only one in-network with our insurance that has special needs strollers. I'm so desperate and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I've heard similar stories from so many special needs parents in our area.

I started working with NSM on the process of ordering a new wheelchair in December of 2021. After the initial work was done, the NSM sales representative (Gordon) I was working with became unresponsive and the only communication I would get is from automated text messages. On multiple occasions, the status would not change because of a NSM mistake. At one point, the order sat because NSM claimed they never received a fax from my doctor, who claimed he had returned it to them twice. Suddenly, upon me telling them this they found it. These types of delays happened multiple times. When the chair was finally delivered (after multiple cancellations) in May, it had multiple issues. NSM promised to fix them, but after a few weeks they stopped responding with none of the fixes being made (kept saying they wanted to do everything at once). In the interim, the brand new chair completely broke down due to one of the issues highlighted at the initial delivery. After the lack of response, I told NSM to come and pick up the chair since it was unusable due to the issue noted above and they were unresponsive to all requests to fix it. While they did pick up the chair, they have yet to rescind the claim with the insurance company despite me requesting this many times since July. The response I keep getting from Lashika is "I will check with billing" yet after 5 months they still have these claims in with the insurance company. This will cause me to be unable to get another chair in the future because it is showing as if I got a chair when I didn't. In short, this entire process has been a nightmare and NSM is one of the most apathetic and unconcerned companies you could imagine. I could not recommend them to anyone.
