Im used to nothing but weird vibes and attitude when I enter this bulding, however one day I came in and was having trouble and was blessed with the considerate assistance of this kind lady CJ who assisted me and took me through various steps to further figure out and fix my problem.

Horrible experience with shelly bulldan she was extremely rude I was there to get my daughters passport had and appointment for 3:30 got there at 3:28 but she was busy having a conversation with each and everyone that was there by the time she was done it was almost 3:40 and she claimed we where late for our appointment and then proceeded to tell me that she don’t take appointments that late when I had made it online at 3:30-3:45, which we where not late for I felt as if she was discriminating us the lady that was there before me claimed her appointment was at 3:45 and she took her appointment before us very unprofessional in your so called 30 years working there !

I love my Bailey post office. I've lived here for 27 years. They have been wonderful. We have a p.o. box. They're always considerate about our mail. My only complaint is that the place can be overwhelmed by people getting passports.

They are super slow and rude. You can forget having a appointment because they just go by whoever comes in first. And they don't give you all the information you need.

I can see how people think they are “rude”, they are just busy! Shelley went out of her way to help me and explain to me how shipping to another country works. Patient and kind are how I’d describe each worker there. Thank y’all!

Pick anywhere else.They’ll just waste your time with canceling your appointment. All because “someone isn’t there”(even though there are people).What a disappointment of a place to let me confirm the appointment in the first place and then cancel last minute, such a waste of my time.

The head lady was so rude and arrogant that I refuse to do business here and drive to Spring Hope. The new mail carrier we have is obvious unable to read because we get everybody's mail but our own. She refuses to bring certified mail to the house and puts a slip in the box for us to go to the post office and pick it up, even though I watch her on the camera dailey as she puts the wrong mail in our box and drives off, her excuse is that she knows who lives here, but we none know her and we just built our house so there are no previous residents! I have called and spoken to the head lady at the Bailey post office on several occasions and she defends the carries and tries to blame the home owner! SAD!!

I felt discrimination against this Post Office that submitted my daughter application 5 days after her appointment. If we was not vacationing on US territory we would lose $2000 on this trip. The appointment date was 5/20 and the application was submitted 5 days later. The postal worker was with an attitude against us. I felt she was racist.

Shelly and all the staff at this post office are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. My adult children come here from Raleigh to get their passports done because it’s so much easier with no waiting. Love the Bailey post office!
