“I’ve read some of the complaints. As a matter of fact I was in line when a woman asked to have her package weighed. Sandy was very polite and explained she couldn’t give the woman a price on mailing until she knew how much everything weighed.
There seems to be a war on the post office around here. Staff have a difficult job enough without clients being nasty and ungrateful.

“Excellent service at Waynesville office. Inadvertently put in outside mailbox 3 bills my husband forgot to put stamps on. He realized, I went back to PO, explained my issue. Riley, said no prob. Went out and got box, went thru it, got bills. Bought three stamps and mailed. Great job Riley! And kudos to the lady working next to you for working a bit short handed while Riley helped me.”
