“I worked with Owen on obtaining an estimate for my Ford after a deer hit me. I prefer working with companies, Veteran owned, because I know we have a certain bond before I even walk into the door. He was very polite and professional on getting this done for me and submitted directly to my insurance. The estimate was very fair and reasonable.
I plan on working with Tuckers on the repairs, once I settle with my insurance company.

“Picture this: Friday at 5pm, 3 hours from home, our car breaks down., and the tow truck can't get to us for 3 hours!!! We called Phil's service. He not only answered the phone but through a series of phone calls was able to tell my husband how to fix the transmission and get us on our way. He was kind, compassionate, and very friendly. I highly recommend them for your car needs. They care about the customer not the bottom line. They will put you first and are very professional and knowledgeable. Had a problem with installing some struts on my Honda pilot. And a broke front axle. Needed my car in 7 days for a road trip, I couldn’t even find someone to look at it in that time frame let alone fix it. Even though they had no appointments available a mechanic came in on his day off to help us out. Antonio said he would do it. Once the car and parts where at the shop he got started at finishing the job. Not only did he get it done but he got it done with time to spare so we could get new tires before our trip. Antonio was very professional and showed me everything he did and the mistakes I had made. I will bring all my vehicles for repairs to this shop in Newland. 10 stars for going above and beyond to take care of a customer in need.”

“I was visiting Banner Elk when my 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet started running badly. My plans were to continue back another 1300 miles to CT. Geoff's Swedish Werke shop was right down the road from where I broke down.
Geoff dropped everything and immediately started diagnosing and working on my truck. He was professional, thorough, and courteous. One of my fuel injector plugs and coil packs needed replacement. Parts were ordered for the following day, he dropped me off at my Air B and B, and my truck was finished the next day around lunch as promised. I HIGHLY recommend Geoff and his services and will continue to use his shop for repairs when I move to the area. It is obvious his passion for cars with the array of old fixer uppers scattered around the property - a true mechanic at heart ?!”
