The store is merchandised thoughtfully and full of treasures in a variety of styles and time periods, including 18th and 19th century English and European furniture, Art Deco, French Moderne, and Mid Century Modern. It also offers rare vintage handbags. Every single piece possesses high quality and beautiful design. Their gift shop has some lovely items. The customer service is top-notch, wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and a delight. Visitors find it a must-visit and a pleasure to work with the staff.

I love popping into the gilded age when I am coming up to stay in my Banner Elk Estate. The employee I typically see, Macey, is always very kind and has a smile on her face.
