Great experience at the U-Haul in Banner Elk. Marco was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he quickly helped me find the perfect sized vehicle. Very good experience upon getting this truck short 10-ft. The lady behind the desk was very cordial and helped a lot on getting the truck plus you had a very interesting dog that was in the place with her.
