We had a fantastic experience, our family including teenagers loved zipping with Navitat! We did the mountaintop tour. The courses were well designed, with what I feel the right amount of thrill still allowing for enough relaxation to admire the beautiful mountain views. Their equipment appeared to be very well maintained. The tour was organized well. Staff was professional, polite and helpful - they maintained an atmosphere of safety, provided great information during the hike and added some good humor to make the tour even more fun.

If you're visiting Asheville and want to do something more active in the area, Navitat Canopy Adventures is a great option. Although I was nervous, the guides were great and reassuring, the ride up to the first launch point might be the scariest part of things? My tour consists of 6 or so zips and the first one is actually the longest one (scariest) to start and you get some very cool views. Overall it's a rush, a lot of fun and highly recommend it. I'll bump up to the Mountaintop tour next time I'm around! So a big thumbs up for Navitat, you'll get some endorphins and adrenaline along with a great view!

What a wonderful adventure! Had the privilege of being on the last run of the season. Blue & Ethan were great guides. Funny & informative. Teresa at the front desk was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. The driver (I believe his name was Matthew) did a super job trekking us up the "mountain coaster" ride. Super fun way to start the day. Met ALL our expectations and then some. Highly recommend!

Our guides were awesome! The van ride to the top of the mountain was thrilling in itself!!! I’ve been zip lining 3 times and this was by far the best. The automatic brakes makes for a fun stop. Nice swing-chairs, yard games, and dogs to pet when you check-in. Highly recommend!

This is an AMAZING zip line experience for all who live nature and views. Even people who are scared of heights will love this place, as my group had three. The tree top adventure is thrilling for first-time zip liners while the between-the-mountain coming is perfect for all who love thrills and scenery. I highly recommend the guides Ethan and Ilza, too. They are very nice and skilled at what they do. In summary, this is an amazing place to go to and I highly recommend you go here.

A bit pricey BUT Birch and Alex were amazing guides and made the trip extra special!! Feel like they should offer a discount for veterans.

While I was visiting Asheville this fall, I started exploring what I could do that was more active in the area and Navitat Canopy Adventures popped up so I did some research. 5 stars on multiple online review platforms and the Yelp reviews are strong so I sign up! And then spent all night wondering if I did the right thing...The next morning, I head on over, Navitat is northeast of Asheville proper and it takes about 30 minutes to get up there. Park your car in the dusty, dirt lot and get registered in the main building. I joined a family of four on the trip and they had two young boys (brave) doing the standard canopy tour. The guides strap you into your harness and while the helmet has an GoPro, adventure cam mount, I decide to hand-hold mine. You then take their super 4-wheel drive van up to the first zip line launch point and it is INSANE. The road this van traverses is not really a road, it's a mountain goat path but somehow you get up there. At times it feels as if the van is at a 45 degree angle but it's got some power. You get clipped in at the first tree stand, high off the ground. Then your zipline trolley is clipped in and your guide is chatting with the other guide on the other end by walkie-talkie. You're given the clear sign and off you go, whoosh! You're now flying above the trees and watching the foliage go by, cool! And my adventure cam is sort of tricky, if you take a hand off the trolley you start to spin around which is not comforting. My tour consists of 6 or so zips and the first one is actually the longest one (scariest) to start. And the guides are great, reassuring me since I'm nervous but I get over it soon. Overall it's a definite rush, a lot of fun and outside of some hiking through to the launch points, low-impact and easy. Will definitely do it again, next time I'm in the area but upgrade to the advanced Mountaintop tour! And all the five star reviews? Yeah, Navitat has earned them in my eyes...

My first Zip-line! Wow! My daughter and son in law did it the day before and my daughter made me do it! So she took me (lucky her got to do it 2 days in a row) and I had a blast! Little nervous but that quickly went away as I could tell immediately how safe it actually was. Everyone, from the moment we arrived to the time we left was professional and yet personable at the same time. Allison, who checked us in and then helped us when we were choosing our photos and buying a t-shirt (which we will wear as a badge of honor) was a lovely person with a beautiful smile. Our guides… Zak and Spice. Such nice people. Genuinely nice people. Not just for the sake of the job, you could tell they just wanted us to have a good experience. I thank them so much for that, and making me feel safe. Also need to mention John who drove us up the mountain in that bad a)& van! Great job!! Overall this was a 5 ⭐️ experience and I will return to do again and will recommend to everyone! Thank you so much for the best day!!

HUGE thank you to Liz & Gus aka Batman & Robin for making our experience memorable. These guides really have fun with what they do while also ensuring everyone’s safety. My best friend & I are on a reunion trip. We wanted to zip line, but she is afraid of heights so we did the Treetop Express. It was much shorter and perfect for her to get the feel for zipping while also getting so see some pretty nice views. Thanks again Gus & Liz!

My wife booked a zip line ride for us on our trip to Asheville, and I was freaked out to say the least. I’m kind of afraid of heights. But after going, I couldn’t recommend it enough. Everything is super safe, the staff is super personable and knowledgeable (shout out to Blue and Lex!), and the view’s incredible. Zip on!

We had a fantastic time! Zeek and Birch were our guides and they were both relaxed, attentive, fun, and knowledgeable. I went with a larger group and some of our members were late, but the Navitat staff were patient and friendly. Highly recommend, they take your safety very seriously but still create a positive and laid-back atmosphere. We did the treetop tour, which seems great for families and newbies.

Had the most incredible time at Navitat. There is a reason they have 5 stars! Our family of 6 enjoyed several adventures. My 6 + 8 yr old and myself did the TreeTop Express and RTV tour. Emerson and Rya were so good with my littles. Patient, reassuring, even tandem. HA!My older crew (14 + 11 yr old and hubby) did the MountainTop adventure. Gus drove the other 1/2 of us around on the RTV tour. Gus and Zach were a great team also! We honestly did not meet a single guide that wasn't incredible. FOR REAL! These people are top notch.Highly recommend Navitat. There operation is a well-oiled machine. Very professional, friendly, and energetic.

Recently did the Mountaintop Tour with a group of 8 and had the best time! Jay and Riah were so fun and really made the whole experience. The views of the foliage were unbeatable and it was such a fun way to experience the outdoors.
