Have had the belt 5ish years????Strap was cracking and losing integrity. I seemed to remember Life Time Guarantee. So,Emailed them on a weekend.... was answered on a weekend....Yeah, they asked for a picture if I could; I could and did....From start to finish, I had the replacement in less than a weeks time.Nice....
