I never go out of my way to review stores unless they really impress me! Charles and Jenny talked me through replacing both my low and high beams, and they were incredibly friendly while doing it! Id give more than 5 stars if I could!

This local store of a national chain is by far the best I’ve seen. I came in with a battery issue and they even encouraged me to call the store in which I got it as it was probably still under warranty. I called the competitor and they were not helpful and slightly standoff-ish (perhaps they need some “Advanced” Skills in customer service). ..
To my rescue came two Technicians (Taylor And Jenny). They took the time to ensure I had the correct parts. They assisted by installing the battery for me. I decided to stock up on other maintenance necessities due to their professional and kind demeanor. I cannot say enough positive things about these kind folks.

On January 22nd 2025 I went into AutoZone to buy a wiper blade. It snowed the night before and when I was driving to check on some family the blade flew off. It was still snowing but AutoZone had the lights on so I pulled in. Jenny, Dullan, James, and Charles got the frozen clip de-iced,fixed and sent me on my way they didn't charge me anything even though they were out in the snow for about 30 minutes. They could have just as easily sold me a new wiper blade but instead they took the time to realize that it wasn't broken just forced off by snow and ice.

Tell woman working there to keep her mouth shut. She is ignorant. While buying a 240 dollar battery she attempted to sell me an extended warranty by saying these batteries now don't last more than 2 years. I told her if I actually believed that I wouldn't buy the battery. I could have gone to Walmart and bought one for150 dollars. I must look stupid. Maybe I am for buying the battery, but I usually get great intelligent service from you.

I give this business 5 stars because they replaced my battery in my jeep at 830 at night They close at 900. The older gentleman that replaced it was super nice and he didn't give up till he had it in and working. He stayed an extra 30 minutes to get my battery in. And just by watching it was not an easy job to do. So I thank you so very much for taking the time to help me get my jeep back running. And thank you so much to the gentleman that worked a so very hard tonight to get my battery in. !!!
