Hotels in Beaufort, NC

“This is the best hidden GEM of an inn in North Carolina! The hosts, Kim and Jon, are warm and gracious! They not only welcome you into their beautifully decorated and manicured inn, but they also provide the best happy hour drinks and apps, and a full morning breakfast, farm to table! They support local farmers. All made with love, by them, in the kitchen of their inn. They gave us all sorts of pointers to enjoy all aspects of our time in Oriental, which is a mostly walkable little coastal town. My mom and I spent a weekend there on a girls trip and it’s one we will remember for years to come! We even had a “six degrees” connection with the other couple at the inn that weekend. Even though they were from New Mexico, we found that we had a mutual friend in North Carolina! Kim said that it happens often! We enjoyed breakfast with the other travelers each morning, and cocktails on the front porch that evening. I love how Kim and Jon have created so much community in Oriental through their inn. Please visit, you will not be disappointed! It is a treasure! Thank you, Kim and Jon, for a wonderful weekend!”

“Stopped for an over night here on a road trip to SC. What a wonderful place! The inn is in a very charming spot in front of the river and has beautiful little gardens to lounge. The upstairs look out is elegant and a perfect evening meditation place with an incredible view of the village and water. We also thought the service to be a reflection of the famous southern hospitality, easy to check in and lots of helpful guidance on local eats and things to see. Highly, highly recommend. Also, the bed is super comfy and luxe.”

“From the moment we pulled up we knew this hotel was going to have great service. Our valet, Austin, met us in the driveway and gave us an excellent welcome. Super friendly and helpful. I was a valet many years ago at a Ritz-Carlton property. It was that kind of service he provided.”
