Nervous coming from a city to a small slow-paced town ( and soon hitting a deer). My poor car was mangled. O'Neal's did a great job, and pretty quickly after getting the parts. Cannot tell it was ever hurt.

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with the job O'Neal's did with my car. They repainted my hood, roof and mirrors on my baby. I was in tears when I went to pick her up. They did an amazing job. I was grinning from ear to ear on my way home. Big Thank you to all the guys.

Drop it off next Thursday and we'll get it... A week and a half after Thursday and it had not been started. We got behind. We are going to start on it Monday or Tuesday. But on Friday it still sat where it was without being touched. Now, I hear that repairs will start Monday and parts are already there. Well, on Friday they are putting it back together. They were supposed to close at 4 but I just stood there waiting for it. I am not letting this thing go into another week. They got it this time. Never again!
