One of your drivers pulled out in front of my on the highway from being stopped at a stop sign and then had the audacity to honk at me like I did something wrong, if delivering mail is more important than the safety of other drivers and the children in their vehicles then maybe she should just sell stamps. I will be filling an official complaint when you’re open.

I am really tired of spending money for terrible service!! I sent my mother some paperwork on October 12. Today, October 26th, I get the envelope back with a return to sender sticker saying the apartment is vacant! What the hell?! The apartment is not vacant! The address is 100% correct! And now I’ve wasted money on a service that the post office screwed up because they don’t give two craps about providing good customer service! And do you think they answer the phone?? Hell no!! Whoever is sorting and delivering your mail needs to be fired! This is unacceptable!

All the personnel at this Post Office, as well as carriers, are pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately , for whatever the reason, the mail delivery is very unreliable. Oddly, an item can be tracked as delivered to the post office at 6:15 am, but not be delivered that same day. Hoping it’s not a funding issue.

Honestly the worse post office I’ve ever gone to. There is one nice lady that works there and that’s about it. If you don’t like your job then at least act like it while you’re there and don’t be rude to customers.

The Beaufort P.O. is great. The very kind person whom I talked with today saved me from losing a package. I appreciate the personal "small town" service. I am grateful that we have a friendly and efficient post office.

I don't use the post office very often and I've been reminded why with my last visit. An employee at the Beaufort NC Post Office not only snapped at me in reply to my question but actually shouted a rude comment at me across the room in front of staff and people. Both the supervisor and the post master seemed utterly disinterested when I brought this to their attention. I will not be using the Beaufort Post Office in the future for any reason as I believe that people should always be treated with at least common courtesy.
