They don’t answer the phone. I wanted to open a new account with a very large deposit. They lost my business. Rather simple, I think. Talk to your customers or lose them to the competition.

I had an odd problem and I don't bank with Wells Fargo at the moment. They were most accommodating and helped me work through a solution so that I was able to walk out with the cash that I needed. Very friendly people.

I been doing business with this bank since 2012 -2020 I just close all my business and personal account and move it to first citizens bank This bank is the worst customer service and the always try to charge you fee and when you ask about this charge the don’t know so who know ? Trust me just watch your account and if you have business account just go deal with any other bank

I have been a customer at the Beaufort Wells Fargo for 32 years. I deal with AnnaMarie frequently and look forward to the experience. She is very personable, friendly, smart, efficient and a lovely woman.

My husband and I were in their on 10/18 /19 and the teller that help us was named AnnaMarie and she never said hello we were in their for ten minutes just for two checks and she was very slow with cashing a the checks for us

Wells Fargo is the biggest piece of s*** bank I have ever banked with. I can have no pending transactions for over a week, and as soon as I put money in the bank, I get hit with overdraft fees because the transactions weren't posted yet? I find that hard to believe. Not to mention, their overdraft fees are 35 dollars! This company either needs to get its s*** together with the online banking app so it shows what's actually going on, or it just needs to stop stealing money from its customers. Today is the fifth time I have put money in my account, still in the positive, and my money has just gone missing, and when I call, I get a bunch of b******* from the customer service rep. Wells Fargo has screwed me out of so much money in the last two years, it's ridiculous. I hope they feel really good about themselves, stealing money from a broke family with a one month old baby. Don't EVER bank with this company, you will regret it. I know I do.
