“I have been shopping at this store for a couple of years now, I live close by and it is my go-to store. The store is always clean, and I have found the majority of the employees very friendly and helpful, even with all the COVID restrictions, BUT I will say that almost every time I shop, there's always at least one, and usually more shopping WITHOUT masks, which I'll admit one day, I myself realized I'd left my mask in the car, but as soon as I realized, I went to an employee, who quickly gave me a disposable one to wear while I shopped. Also, I often see the cashiers packing and loading groceries while a lot of employees seem to be standing around visiting, laughing and joking with other employees. I will say my biggest problem with this store is many times sale items are not stocked when I go. For this reason, I also shop at another Foodlion store that's NOT as convenient or I go to a competitor's store that's down the street.”

“We received a Lowes flyer with a coupon for $2.00 off an 8pc fried chicken box from their Chicken Kitchen. This was an excellent deal because I love fried chicken and a sale! Hubs made a special trip for me. The box was warm and emitting delicious aromas. I opened the box, leaned in and took a giant sniff. This next part will tell you how good it is: I immediately ate a wing and a leg over my kitchen sink. No plate. No napkin. Crispy, crunchy and juicy! The rest is tucked safely away in a ziplock bag and in my refrigerator. This is also easy to reheat, a couple of minutes in the microwave and then into my toaster oven to crisp it quickly.”
“This store is our go to location for prices, food freshness guarantees and customer service. Exceptional customer service is provided by the butcher, Tim Queen. My husband likes thicker cuts of ribeye steak and Tim always comes thru. Tim does it so willingly and really seems to love his job. He is so friendly and Hubs loves to engage him for a short conversation. He even showed him the grilled picture and thanked him again for the special cut. Not only was the steak pretty, with lots of filet, the entire steak was SO tender. Tim makes the experience special and we really appreciate him!”
