Amazing experience. My kids first time going through a car wash while the sat in the car. Friendly atmosphere and customer service. Any issues they work with you but I must say everything works well. And car was clean!!

Finally, a car wash that meets your expectations!!! Great car wash, then great vacuum system, then Microfiber Cloth’s for your use and a barrel to toss the used cloth’s into. And I almost forgot the spray bottles full of all purpose cleaner and windshield cleaner for your use!!!!

My best friend and I went to the "tunnel of terror" Halloween car wash and had a blast. While only the length of a car wash, the people working it were great. We had more fun here then at an actual haunt we ended up going to as well. Great job!

I just had to cancel my carwash here because the employees here dont follow simple instructions to turn the tire scrubbers off and the tire shine off because the machines were scratching my wheels over and over again, I ASKED BEFORE I EVEN ENTEREDTHE CARWASH... the nice girl at the entrance walked right up to the guy at the controls and of course had a smirk on his face "like yea thats not happening" not to mention its other issues with the employees and the management picking and so on ... i hope they get new employees that are actually respectful for a change... thats hard to run across now days... two or there employees and the manager that helped with the cancelation has a personal issue and brings it to work and i guess targets certain customers... definitely done with this place ?✨️?

Uggg. I hate to say this but this car wash damaged my truck. It appears to be a chemical in the tire shine only on the left rims and lower body. I've used every cleaner, solvent, wax and it is permanently imbeded. I remember the day and another car had the same issue. I figured it would wash off when I left. Other than this it's always been good in the past. Won't be going back though.

This is my second favorite car wash in the greater CLT area! They do a great initial scrub and their drive through brushes are thorough. It's a little pricier than other, similar car wash spots, but I think they know they're the only game in the area (again, I still think they're totally worth it, if I can't find my favorite). At Halloween they also do a "spooky wash" / it's not for kids, but it's a lot of fun! They have free vacuums, sprays and terry towels to take care of the interior after the exterior gets a shine! You won't be disappointed here!!

I love this carwash. The people are so friendly. They always have clean clothes and cleaners available. I don't have a problem driving from Charlotte to keep my car clean. I have the unlimited plan.

Great first experience. Prices are reasonable. All plans include tire shine. Monthly plans available. Towels and cleaning fluids complimentary. Free vacs. …and the nice human that checked me in found me and asked how my experience was. A+++. Maybe I’ll get a monthly plan. Car is clean. Tires shiny. Wiped down. Go check ‘‘em out.

I visit this car wash often and love it every single time. I had an exceptional experience on my recent visit which was 5/10/2023! What made it exceptional was the guy directing my car was so full of energy. I know the job is simple but he made me feel good with his smile and positive energy. I love the vending machines that they have and the wide variety of vacuums to use.

They are getting slack on cleaning your car. Not as good as they were when they first opened. And if you have the quick pass you are now only allowed one wash per every 24 hours. Sometimes things happen and you need to wash again.
