The survey they send is very confusing! But I was very satisfied with my service from Carine! She was knowledgeable and extremely patient with my wife and I. Store visits are always better than the phone and I would give a 10/10! Thank you so much Carine!

The costumer service it’s really bad….I didn’t know what my AT&T user ID was in order to pay my internet bill, and the representative was unable to help me or guide me toward what I needed to do.

I came in yesterday to get a new phone since my 11 was giving out on me. I honestly loved my experience here. As a new adult I truly appreciate how well they explained everything to me made sure I understood everything. I came home with my new iPhone 16 plus in pink and I couldn’t be more happier. I’m glad I made the switch. Everyone was very respectful very nice and welcoming as well

This is actually a review for Omar at Customer Service wireless on the phone support. He was extremely helpful and understand of my issue. He went the extra mile. He was was so kind and that is not even the word I am looking for cheerful. If I had to ever call again I could only hope to get Omar again!
