Just want to thank the manager of the Belmont AT&T store (I will update later when I have a name) for taking the extra time to help me with my phone, which had been severely hacked. I had lost control of almost every account on my phone, and after days of trying several different options, I was running out of ideas and my sanity. After making sure the other customers were taken care of, and explaining the AT&T options available to me, the manager then took the extra time to go through each of my accounts on my phone and help me reset every password from the tablet there at the AT&T office. Eventually, I was able to regain control and functionality of at least most of the phones accounts. I appreciate his patience and knowledge, and his time, helped restore my faith in AT&T again! Thank you!

If you need help by AT&T for phone trade-in, upgrade, or help in general, I highly recommend you go see Yohjanann and Carlos (new manager) at 6509 Wilkinson Boulevard location. They are fantastic!

Horrible experience in this place.Do not get lured by this Asian lady called “Yin” that opens different accounts under your name to charge you more every Monday.Please don't go to this place, the Chinese woman there only uses the computer to rob you. He stole money from me by opening a different account.

Hands down the best experience I've had at any At&t store. I will only go back here. It's not as busy as the one on Cox Rd but they acknowledge you when you walk in. I think I waited 5-10 minutes. But when they got to me it was a smooth transition and they explained ecru to me. I traded in my old Galaxy Note I had sitting in a box and they actually gave me paperwork for when I did my trade in. Thank you Carlos you're the best can’t wait to get my Flip 5.

I like many would put a zero if I could. This manager has no concept of customer service. After dealing with 2 previous defective phones from insurance claim. Brought my again defective phone to this location. I simply wanted to have the backup of personal at this location to show the phone would not work and it wasn't my cord. The manager tried the phone sent to me by Assurion and said it was defective also and would probably overheat should it ever come on. He and the assistant pushed me into an upgraded phone. I asked 3 times if it would change my normal billing. Was told no and if anything my bill may lower. I was not given any information or receipt for the transaction. Later around 18 days, I received an email from billing. The bill actually went up a total of $46 dollars after upgrade charges and changes monthly. I called customer service and the agent said to go back to the store and to not leave unless the manager called the cs office. Once at the store the manager replied I will not take the phone or anything back and that it was not Walmart. I told him that the bill overall will change 28 dollars not realizing it was actually $46 and that cs told me to bring new phone back. He refused to make the customer service call and said it was past the 14 days any he would not return the phone that was $1,000. At that time I told him he lied to me. I told him that I could remove the tv service and phone service and they loose over $300 monthly. His reply was "it does not matter to me and makes no difference to me what you do" well at that point I called customer service myself while at this store and spoke to a nice lady. I told her about how he lied to me to talk me into a plan I did not realize he had changed that was considerably more. While I was on the phone he actually called the police and caught them at the door while I was on the phone with cs. She was shocked at his behavior and could hear everything said. The police asked me to leave and said he does not want me there. I of course was crying by then and totally dismayed at this man's ego and total disregard for a customer of more than 10 years. I spent 6 hours in one day getting the phone returned to another store close by. I had over 8 hours of just phone time in 3 days but thanks to very nice people the next town over was able to address all issues except now have the old original phone that does not hold charge. My best option is to use my insurance once again and try to receive a working phone. I am afraid of another change to my account. As for now, I will never send anyone to this Belmont location. Be aware if you go the manager if he dislikes or disagrees he may call police to have you removed. I did nothing wrong except call a liar what he was, a liar. I honestly hate lies and just be cautious of this man. He will push you into an upgrade you don't want and lie to your face about the cost. If you don't like the deal or complain he will try to have you arrested for trespassing. Oh well back where I started butConsiderably muchhappier now. Still considering my legal options and even contacted one local news channel. I have been humiliated hurt and at very least owed an apology.

Carlos and Yohjanan were great. I wasn’t sure about going to the location. I went with a friend while he did an upgrade. All I can say is it was a great experience. Carlos the new manager is very helpful and an huge improvement from previous management.

Went in to get two sims as I was in the phone with ATT and could not wait for shipping. Paid my $10 for the sims and went on my way. ATT rep on phone was confused. The rep at the store activated both sims on elite plans without my consent. Was on the phone for an hour to get it fixed. Very dishonest service at this location.
