this bank sucks balls. sent wait until Monday so I can close my account. no atm anymore. closed on Saturday only open 6 hrs a day . been banking for 20 yrs here time to move on

Just stay away. Bank of America as a whole is disorganized with abysmal customer service. Froze our account with no communication or reasoning. Sent us debit cards with no PIN numbers. Now this location can’t even operate on a Saturday while it is only open 6 hours a day! How is any actual working class American benefited this? What a joke

I don't have any problems with the staff at the Belmont location. I think Lee, the branch manager, is very good. Unfortunately for me, I had a problem and despite Lee's many attempts to help, the a hole losers that run the company at corporate got in the way instead of helping fix the problem. I was fully prepared to take them to small claims court, had issued a letter of demand (first step of legal claim) when I finally solved their problem. Bankers now prey on their customers rather than serve them. Great job Lee, D- job for corporate.

Came here on Oct 15 at 11am.... sadly it was closed, I would had called out of work and came yesterday if i knew BOA don't stick to its schedule. Unprofessional

Worst experience, and my age was absolutely a factor.. extremely disappointed. Had a notary appointment, but Lee (the notary that was working) was helping someone else. Okay, I am happy to wait, and after 20 min she says it’ll only be a few more minutes. 10 more min go by, she comes out of her office, doesn’t even look at me, goes straight to another customer who showed up after me and apologizes for his wait and helps him first. At this point I’ve been here 30 minutes, and I’ve been ignored even though I am a BofA customer AND had an appointment. She starts to walk back into her office without even acknowledging me, so I let her know it’s been over 30 min since my appointment and I’ll have to go somewhere else if she isn’t available. I don’t even receive an apology for my wait(like the other customer just got) and she instead tells me to just go to the UPS store where they’ll just charge me $30 for the same notary. I am incredibly disappointed and angry that I was treated so differently than the other customer in the branch and I left feeling extremely disrespected and like I wasn’t as valued of a customer just because I am an early-mid 20s woman. Will be considering banking somewhere else from now on.

Fixing to close the account out today and start banking somewhere else.It feels Iike a chain has been broken and the air has been lifted.We've had too many problems out of this branch.For some advice go bank somewhere else

They really deserve 0. Had an account for 3+ years and couldn’t even give me a reason just said they won’t cash my check they can only deposit it. And then I’d have to wait 3 days before it will even be in there. It’s always something. Never goes smoothly. They lock my bank card for fraud every other time I swipe and if I go to an atm I have to call the fraud place verify my phone email and license before I can even take out $20!? Not to mention charging their non refundable monthly maintenance fee every 22 days instead of once a month. Ridiculous.

This is why I don't use my account. Atm is down... No drive up teller... I have been standing in line for 25 minutes with only three people in front of me and only one teller. Lots of people at their desks. Maybe the drawers are assigned and others can't use them but this is rediculious. And it happens all the time. Other banks are a quick in and out.

I see EXACTLY WHY these reviews are so low! I went in today around 11. Waited for 40 minutes! For a guy to make me an appointment to come back at 3. Im back at 3 and its 3:15 and no one has come to get me! Horrible bank! Go some place else!!! The customer service here is horrible, the wait is horrible, and there are other banks! And the sad part is, the lobby is FULL but the people in the offices are not! There is one guy with NO ONE, another guy walking around with NO ONE and traffic out the door!!! This is RIDICULOUS!!!!!

Stephan was extremely friendly and just as helpful! I don't think I've ever laughed that much talking to someone at the bank, and he walked me through the somewhat confusing account options
