My experiences inside the back have been pleasant. The one star is for the ATM outside that is beyond ridiculous at this point. It breaks down at least twice a month and it's been that way for years. It looks 20 years old. Even the Kings Mountain tiny branch has a nice one. Do Better!

Terrible experience. BB&T caused me to miss selling my car today. I paid my car loan off with cash and BB&T waited 2 weeks to release the lien with the DMV. Every person we spoke to at BB&T gave MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS of WRONG INFORMATION. Over and over again. Terrible experience. UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE. Now we are forced to wait another 10 days to receive the title via mail, again all due to the multiple accounts of wrong information. Will never have an account with this bank again.

ATM. Rarely works. Arbitrary holds on checks. There has to be a better way.
