DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PUT YOUR MONEY IN SKYLA. if your bank account information is stolen and someone is just spending all of your money, if it's after hours they tell you sorry go to a branch on Monday. So your bank is literally so incompetent that they can't handle fraud claims on a Friday and tell me to wait until Monday. I'll be there Monday alright to move all 4 accounts including my business account to a reputable bank that has a legit fraud department!!!

I love Skyla Credit Union. Everyone is so nice and helpful. And they offer everything the big banks do, The Belmont Branch is amazing. I strongly recommend it to everyone.

The branch representatives are very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. I've been a member since 2014, and would never consider changing to any other financial institution. Great service and atmosphere, clean branch locations.

Won’t Allow transactions for funds that are in the account, branch manager calling me a possible scammer when we have built trust in the account for years and have done many high amount transactions.

I've always had the best customer service while visiting the branch! The tellers are always so professional and friendly.On this particular day, the computer system was slow and the teller was very apologetic about how long the transaction was taking. It didn't bother me and I reassured her that it's a technical error and it was completely OK!!The thing I would like to see added, is during a transaction the Teller is looking at your balance, and while doing so it would be nice for them to tell you of better ways to earn interest on your money, such as IRA's, etc etc!!Overall, very pleasant experience as always.

I have been a member here for a long time (before it ever became Skyla). I went in to speak with the lady that is over loans and insurance in the Belmont branch. I explain to her first thing I do not want my credit report ran or checked. I explained that I was just coming in here to seek advice and the procedure about trading in my car for an American made car. I explained again that I do not want her to run my credit because I work hard at keeping it in good standing. Five times I stated this. I wouldn’t signed anything because there was no need to sign anything. I was just asking advice so that I would know the best steps to take. I made that clear walking into the door, so what happens? Is the holiday weekend and Saturday when the bank is closed? I get a notification that there was a hard inquiry to my credit. I open my credit report and find out it was Skyler credit union on the same exact day that I told her not to run my credit there was no need for her to run my credit. So every time that I walk into the bank just to have a simple conversation and get some financial advice this lady runs my credit. I dispute the inquiry and the credit union response was they followed proper procedure, THEY DID NOT. now I have to file a police report that they fraudulently accessed my credit report without my permission inorder to get the inquiry off. I’m upset about this because first off, when they update a person of color credit report, they take more points off of our credit reports then they do if we were of European descent Also this credit union would have never ran my credit report for no reason if I were of European descent especially after stating five times I did not want you to. I was not applying for anything I was not looking for anything I simply made sure she understood that I just wanted advice. This isn’t the first time she’s done this, she’s done it on every occasion that I have spoken with her. It’s time to change credit unions

I am a member here and I called the credit union a day before, explained my situation and was told I could get my title document notarized as long as I was a member. When I visited, I was denied notary services by a personal banker and the manager, despite me telling them I was told I could get this done. According to them, there is some "law/policy" that prevented them from notarizing my doc but there was no mention of this "policy" when I called beforehand. It was very inconvenient and frustrating. I walked in Bank of America 10 minutes later and had NO problem getting my document notarized and it makes me wonder why CMCU gave me such a hard time.

DiCarlo the branch manager was such a pleasure to work with. He helped us with all of our needs and made sure we were satisfied with everything before we left. Great customer service and have always helped us when we needed it. Thank you DiCarlo for all your awesomeness you are greatly appreciated.
