Without a doubt the worst Circle-K I have ever set foot in. Disgustingly gross, filthy and downright deplorable. Front to back, restrooms are backed up, in the front it looks like a haven for every single germ contamination possible. Now the staff - The best of them has the personality of mustard. In fact mustard has more. I have stood in line, been ignored while people behind me have been invited to come forward to the next register. Not a smile, not a thank you or a pleasantry of any sort. NEVER. I could write a novel on what is wrong and yet could not cover a post-it note with anything positive about this place. The health department needs to come visit this establishment. Corporate needs to visit (unannounced) and mete out an attitude adjustment and clean house. In comparison, the Lake Wylie and York locations are immaculate, the staff is a delight and those locations deserve 10 Gold Stars.
…….. Here’s the edit - The above was posted 4 weeks ago. Now here we go again. AGAIN!! I stood in line for well over 10 minutes to pay for a single fountain soda. Two individuals ahead of me for this whole time. The first taking forever, oblivious to the line behind them. From behind me a man with his children decided to bypass me and the line and use the self check out kiosk. I continued in line. Then the person in front of me was next. The cashier informed the man attempting to use the self check out kiosk that it wasn’t working or something to that effect. After finishing with the person in front of me, once again a cashier at this location chose to invite someone who had been behind me to come up and be assisted. This is a convenience store. We go in there on short breaks from work. Not to stand in line for nearly 15 minutes and have to leave without being assisted. The boiler plate response about striving for 5 Stars and an email address to submit a detailed summary of what happened is imbecilic. Read my damn review. You don’t need a detailed summary in an email. My review is detailed enough. Obviously the management and owners don’t care enough to do anything. They’re in a strategic location and will continue to thrive merely by virtue of location.

I won't be stopping here anymore y'all why did I stop to get gas and swiped my card at the gas pump I was wondering why my card kept getting declined well I got a nice little message saying my $100 purchase put me over my limit. PAUSE I didn't even go into the store I swiped at the pump. I NEVER use my debit card at gas stations for this reason I use a prepaid CC and I put the exact amount I'm using on that card.... LLS yea they thought they was about to scam me out of $100 no no not today. Sorry boo boo my little Honda don't even take $100 in gas.

Pleasantly surprised how clean the restrooms were. A little ways from the freeway but easy to get into and a clean store.

I politely asked for a refund and to be rung up again due to being overcharged on a pack water that was on sale. The cashier rolled her eyes and got an attitude by saying “It is too early in the damn morning for this.” And then proceeds to throw the money on the counter without handing it to me. Rude and conniving! Avoid this place! I should of read the reviews before going to this location.

Rudest cashier just rung me up. Literal snatched my items up and yelling at someone else who works there about the manager. Then just walks off… didn’t acknowledge me at all.

The older white guy usually works the weekend shift Saturday morning to the afternoon. Circle K never honor their prices here. Every time I go in and use my membership number he never gives me a discount for my cigarettes. Then when I mention it he shrugs buddy and says I don't make the prices. This is very annoying to me to have to do this with this guy. Through the weekdays I never have this problem there are usually two black young women working and I always get my discount. Circle K I helped put you on the map here and in Belmont NC so what's the problem with this discount and this awkward guy? Is it because I'm the 2nd most rich guy in Belmont and drives a Lamborghini to work ?or is he just 1 of the worst senior citizen, you have hired? Sorry Circle K you gotta go... ?We trying to get a WaWa’s or Quick Trip and I'm the one to make the final decision

Car wash is not working.fri jul 21.annoying that can't pay at the pum and keep the rest of my money...so annoying and a year ago wasn't like this.only pump 37 cents and now I cannot use the rest of my money. ty so much Circle K and this new rule.

The manager is the rudest person I have dealt with in years. I purchased a car wash but the receipt paper empty so I didn’t get my code. A jacked up blonde headed woman had already closed the register down so they couldn’t give me a receipt. They called the rude little black manager and she wouldnt give them the code so they could give me a receipt. She said she was almost at the store 30 minutes later she comes in with an attitude and said I’ll have to wait. I told her not to be rude and she called the police and kicked me out of the store. Then her wife started cussing me out and said she was sick of me threatening her wife. WTF??Her dumb little wife doesn’t even work there! This isn’t over, I won’t stop until I have talked to upper management. DON’T GO HERE
