“Everything was in order. Organized. Clean. Staff was doing what they are there to do. Very attentive and friendly. I can not say the same for a few of the other Dollar Trees around the area. Especially the one on West Franklin Blvd. You wouldn't believe the things I've seen in that store. Beyond unacceptable. And it stinks in that store. Every single time. And I'm not the only one who says that. It's horrible. But Robinwood Rd store is fine.”

“This store is always neat, clean and well stocked. All items are only $1.25. They've got great items such as name brand soda, name brand candy and snacks, home essentials, hygiene essentials, crafting, toys and MORE! The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. “I love this dollar tree as it's in my hometown, but to have a out of order bathroom sign up because you don't want anyone to use the bathroom is a bit much. Otherwise, they always have what I'm looking for.”
“This is my neighborhood store. The staff are like close friends now. They are friendly, fun and personable. I am very concerned with the increase of crime directed at this store. They need more security and live patrols. There have been two violent incidents in a very short amount of time. It makes me fear for the safety of the employees.
Update: this store is desperately in need of help. Managers especially! Please come apply!”
“I LOVE this Family Dollar. These ladies are truly part of the community, and I really appreciate how they hold it down every single day. They are always the first ones to open and the last ones to close, making sure the neighborhood has what it needs.
During the recent snowstorm, when almost everything else was closed, this Family Dollar was open and available for the community. A lot of people didn’t make it to the store before the storm hit, and this location stepped up in a real time of need.
If no one else tells you ladies: you are appreciated. Corporate needs to recognize this team and give these employees a raise. They show up for the community, and it deserves to be acknowledged.”

“Was looking for ice trays and couldn't find any. Asked one of the clerks and she took me to them and said there were more up front that were a little bit more expensive $1/$2. Couldn't find the ones up front so another clerk (who was off duty) took me to them. What a nice experience as a consumer. Good job Family Dollar team. ?”
“I’ve been coming to this Family Dollar for awhile now, and it’s definitely gotten better. The store is a lot cleaner, the aisles aren’t messy, and everything feels more organized. The shelves stay stocked more often, so it’s easier to find what I need without hunting around.
You can tell the new store manager and team has really stepped things up.”

“This is the closest dollar store to us. The staff is always so friendly and the items always seem to be stocked as soon as possible. The only thing I would note is that the parking lot and sometimes the store remain a tad on the dirty side...but, nothing to stop me from going there to get the essentials”

“This store is really nice! It's big, stocked very well and lots of room in the isles. The only negatives were there was only one cashier and the line was super long! I had stopped in on my lunch break and standing in line took over half of it away ? there were pleyof other employees in the store stocking but no one came to help. Also, the homeless people sitting by the door begging and walking up to your cars was a little disturbing.”
“I really enjoy this Dollar General! I just moved in the area and I enjoy crafting and being able to pick up something quick. This dollar general is always festive, organized and cleaaaaannn. “I stopped by this location with 2 young boys that I care for on a hot Wednesday afternoon. We were buying pool noodles and a pool. The boys were super excited. Everyone in the store was kind to them. My hands were full with the boys so a man went outside to get the biggest pool for us. The woman at the register helped to carry it outside. Unfortunately it did not fit in the back. All of us went back inside to buy tie-downs to put the pool on the roof. The associate asked her coworker if she minded if she helped me put it on top of my car. As we were working on this a kind man who was with an older woman offered to put it in his truck and drive it to the house for us.This trip could have been a disaster but instead it was a successful adventure. Everyone was kind and helpful so these excited boys could enjoy their day. I want to thank each of these helpers. This is going to be a whole summer of fun for these littles due to you!”
“This is my neighborhood dollar general and i love coming here they are always nice. Recently the manager and staff had a raffle for a free Christmas tree and to my surprise i won. I really wasn’t expecting much but they went all out i got a 7 foot tree and a bunch of decorations this really made my year.
