“My experience with FastMed was a tale of two very different locations.
I first went to the Mallard Creek location for a DOT drug test and waited for about an hour before I was finally told they couldn't perform the test because they didn't have a DOT-certified collector available. That was incredibly frustrating because I could have been told that as soon as I checked in instead of losing an hour of my day.
Thankfully, Tina at the Wilkinson Boulevard FastMed completely turned the experience around. She was professional, positive, and genuinely cared about helping me get everything taken care of. Her energy was amazing, and she went above and beyond to make sure I was helped after such a frustrating start.

Night and day compared to my last dr’s office, which was a large medical center in Belmont. Here one has time for questions and to understand the answers. It is health care in the true sense. I am very happy to have a great local Dr’s office. Professional and friendly! Also if you have a question about insurance your not on hold for ever, I had an answer in minutes.

“I've followed Dr. Stephens to a handful of different practices now; she is wonderful and quite possibly saved my life during our first encounter with her rational but "better safe than sorry" approach. She always takes the time to not only talk and explain things, but to listen and go over options and possibilities. Not thrilled with the additional cost of the current concierge service, however, thus far it has drastically cut down on wait times and increased the ease of getting appointments and communicating with her and the staff. She usually replies within a couple of hours via the app. If time is money to you, then it is worthwhile and the cost is certainly worth it for her valuable time. She is great with my daughter as well, easy to talk to and not intimidating. I highly recommend her as a family doctor!”
