Two visits at this point. Both times, good quality and service.
Kudos to Killian and Ross for great service.
Today, however, it failed its state inspection here due to... guess what.... tires. They needed to look at those tires before accepting it for inspection OR show me the tires prior to failing. Anything else presents a possible conflict of interest. They can fail the car for any other reason, but when tires are involved and they are a tire store, they need to work harder toward the appearance of propriety.
In other words, I'll throw $50 at a tail light any day of the week to get it fixed, but it's another matter when you're selling $350 worth of tires, probably making a reasonably decent profit from it and guess what, that's where the car fails. It just looks bad even if it's good.
So PR department, tell me how much you appreciate my input. And I'll tell you how you just reduced the earlier five-star review I had posted down to three. Hint: appearances matter.

They said 1 hour. It's been 1.5 hours and they don't know how much longer it will be.
How do you run a business like this?
They emailed me a coupon for the AC check. It had several inspection points and I was actually having trouble with my AC so I went in
When I got there they said the things on the coupon would actually NOT really be available for testing and I would have to go with a higher diagnostic service.
It went from about $55 to $150!!
Bait and switch.
Watch out for your wallet here.
