I have been using Flongs Tax Service for several years. I only wish I had found them earlier. Mac, Denise and Nate are great folks. They have exceeded my expectations on getting my taxes completed at the very last hour. H and R Block and Jackson Hewitt better look out.

Anyone have any dealings with Flong Tax Service in Belmont, NC in front of Wal-Mart? A friend of mine took his taxes there 4 weeks & 3 days ago to have them filled out and has yet to here from them to tell him they were ready. I called a couple of weeks ago and the man who answered the phone told me that they would be ready that day or at the latest the next day and he would call me as soon as they were ready...which he has failed to do so. I have been calling and calling to no a vale and now the voicemail box is full. Any advice???P.S. They were not letting people in due to COVID...tax papers were just put in the door slot.

I have always usef Turbotax and man do I regret it. Mack gave us a much more persinalized and easy tax filing experience. I reckon the small amount more I spent here as opposed to using Turbotax was fully compensated by the maximized refund I'm getting this year. Will be returning next tax season.

Best tax service ever- no job too small or too large...individual, joint, self-employed, small business, teacher/education, etc. Awesome couple....2nd generation...tons of experience - thorough, attention to details and up to date....wonderful customer service, even better pricing. Long time customer...long time satisfaction.
