Awesome place, very tight knit and they go to great lengths to get you what you want. There was a mix up with a gun I ordered and they really went the extra mile to fix it! Will be purchasing all my future guns here for sure!

I have taken MANY certification classes at this store and range over the years, and ALL of the staff treat me like family! Dean, Terry, Dillon, Tyler, Jada, Walker, Adam, and Taylor have all contributed to my and my kids continuing education and training, and they are my very first recommendation to anyone looking to get first class service on a down to earth basis!

Not too bad. Store and range staff are always friendly and quick to offer to help.
Wish the range was up to date more, looks like it hasnât seen maintenance in the past 10 years plus. It works, but definitely is lacking compared to other ranges around Charlotte area.

Been coming here for about two months I believe in the area for about six originally from South Florida, and this is honestly one of the best gun I've been to in terms of hospitality wise and just customer service and the quality of their products. I have purchased two handguns from here and a lot of accessories for my AR 15 amazing prices And amazing people. Shout out to Walker and Taylor, and simply everybody On their staff team.
Will remain my go to gun shop and range.

Overall itâs a great place but I would suggest taking a picture of the cardboard back piece in the employeeâs hands before handing it to you because they WILL NOT have your back. Their policy is to not shoot above the black line on the cardboard back piece or itâs $5 per bullet hole. My husband was handed one that already had 3 bullet holes above the black line. It was his first time at this range so he wasnât aware that the previous holes were supposed to be marked with a sharpie (the employee initially forgot to even give him the back piece so itâs not far fetched to believe they would forget to mark the holes). He was then charged $15 for the holes that were already there. He tried explaining to the employee they were there to begin with and that the holes were way too small to come from a 9mm, which is what he rented and shot with. The employee came off arrogant, claimed he âcircles all his targetsâ, and barely tried to listen. He also asked about checking the cameras but they were too far from where he was shooting anyways.
The overall experience was great but just be aware to say something or take a picture of the back piece if there are already bullet holes above the black line because, even if they were the ones who forgot to mark them, you will get charged.

I've booked 2 (church!) group events at their indoor shooting range over the past few years. This is the only place I've found where you can rent fully automatic firearms. The also have wide variety of hand guns to rent, from 22 cal. to 50 cal. Friendly, safety conscious, and helpful staff.
After shopping several area gun shops, they not only had the best price around Charlotte, but were the only store in the region that had in stock what I was looking for.
If you are in the Shelby, Statesville, Mooresville, Huntersville or Charlotte, NC area and are looking for a good place to practice shooting and/or looking to buy a new or pre-owned gun, check out Shooter's Express. Only 10 minutes or so West of the Charlotte I-77 & I-85 interchange.
JAN 2016 update - best prices I've found anywhere around Charlotte - great selection too - but it's the GREAT SERVICE that I'd like to highlight here. I ran into a problem the first time I used a brand new gun my friend bought there, so we stopped back in with it to ask for help - they spent probably 30 minutes with us (diagnosing problem, testing, professional cleaning, more testing, etc.). We were then escorted to their indoor range and told: "please make sure everything works perfect now, stay as long as you wish, no charge for the range time - if you have any further issues, please let us know and we'll make it right". The gun performed flawlessly! Now THAT is how to resolve a problem and create lifelong customer loyalty.
