A big thank you to Franco who helped me find a heavy duty garage door slide bolt lock a couple of weeks ago! Two other employees suggested I try looking at a different store. One suggested Northern Hydraulics. But not Franco! He looked it up online and then personally walked me accross the store to find the exact item I needed, there on the shelf. He then suggested I check out in the back with Micheal, who was more than happy to help me with several larger items that would have been difficult for me to maneuver at the front self check out kiosks. This store is fortunate to have Franco and Micheal working there!

This is my favorite place to shop! They have an whole display on the end outside that has lots of vergetable plants. The Seasonal flowers are gorgeous right now!

Had to buy new mower. Michael & Logan in Indoor Garden/Mower section went above and beyond what they were expected to do, I feel sure. They made the whole process so easy. Thank you for such wonderful customer service.

I ordered 22 bags of rubber mulch and paid $69 for same day delivery. Their delivery company delivers the 22 bags AT THE CURB IN FRONT OF MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE. Unreal! I called customer service and they basically said tough luck. The guy says they sent a pic showing the items were delivered but wasn’t sure if it was my house. Then transfers me and the next guy is like well we have a pic of the item delivered so there’s nothing we can do. I’m like seriously? If I ordered a fridge would that be delivered at the curb as well? Then referred me to the delivery company one rail. I asked her where items should be delivered. She said driveway or front door. I said well my items were delivered to neither They tell me customers aren’t supposed to call them and referred me back to the customer service. So I call the store. They alleged they talked to the delivery company and they would get in touch with the driver. My thing is WHO DELIVERS ITEMS TO THE CURB OF YOUR HOUSE? Let alone a bulk item. AMAZON WOULD NEVER! I won’t be ordering items to be delivered from this store ever again. $69 complete waste of money! If I was able to haul the items I would’ve went to the store and picked up all 22 bags of mulch. UNREAL! Everyone knows items left on the curb are up for grabs bc people think you’re trashing stuff. Smh.
So at this point I advised them to just cancel the order and refund me. I’ll order from another location to have it delivered at my door. The curb isn’t close to my house. My driveway and yard is downhill and having to haul them bags is unreasonable for me after I paid for delivery to my door. Smh. Very disappointed and irate.

Horrible experience you know since they don't have cashiers and you have to go to self checkout there is a curly headed girl that works to sell checkout area and if you have any form of a tool in your buggy she will grab your buggy and pull it away from you and put it to the side and proceed to scan your buggy for you because it is quote on quote her job to do a cart transfer since you have a tool in your buggy from now on I will order from Amazon and avoid this store I suggest it to anyone else that doesn't want to be treated like a criminal or a thief

Their staff is INCREDIBLY helpful, & this Lowe's is fairly well stocked for the most part.
Service Animal policy & Lowe's staff interaction:
Via Federal Law [ADA] they of course honor- & extremely well post their friendly Service Dog policy.
Some staff members are a little overly excited & animated when meeting either a Service K9 or Service K9 in Training. Though this is good [& necessary (yes!)] for the K9's socialization & 'do not be distracted' training, sometimes certain staff mbrs go overboard & are extremely loud in their greeting & persistence that they be allowed to 'pet the dog.' Even when wearing her vest ['Do Not Distract' & 'Do Not Pet'], I & my Service Dog are pressured to entertain some staff mbrs.
A little more training for the Lowe's staff re Federal & State ADA Service Animal policy could be of great use.
Often, people see a 'doggy' & are in disbelief that "it" is, at that time, a piece of Medical Equipment & NOT to be touched or distracted. The general public are notorious for this; & often then, ppl get a bad attitude when told that they cannot pet my medical equipment.
