McLean storage is genuinely the best storage facility we have ever used. We are a family of five that was living in a small 1200 sq ft home so we have had to use a couple of the big name storage facilities to store our stuff over the years. Fast forward to august we went under contract for a house and had to remove a lot of clutter so that we could list our home - we found McLean and noticed that it had amazing reviews and was competitively priced with other places that we had used previously. Once we actually got there to look at the unit (we did everything online) we were in literal shock! We had a climate controlled unit so the building had AC and they had music playing ? we truly felt that our stuff was safely stored here. Once we closed on our houses we went and emptied our unit over the weekend and I hadn’t had a chance to call and let them know - and then I received a text that following Monday that said our unit was unlocked and all belonging had been emptied and wanted to make sure that was the intention. I loved that they did this because it shows that they are attentive and making rounds and checking on the units. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely use them again in the future for any of our storage unit needs!

Our entire experience with Anita at McLean Self Storage was awesome, from renting the unit online to truck reservation. Anita was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend using this facility for your storage needs. The facility is clean and easy to get around.

McLean Storage provided a clean and accessible unit we needed. We never had an issue with security or damage in the unit. We would recommend McLean Storage for anyone needing storage space. Personnel at McLean were always helpful and courteous.

These folks are past professional! Everything is ALWAYS pristine, management and staff are extremely courteous and eager to help or answer any questions. I had a great experience renting from McLean Self Storage Belmont. Anita and Lisa helped me with my storage needs. The facility is very well lit and cameras everywhere. I always feel safe when I am here. The facility is always very clean and well kept. I highly recommend storing here. You will not find a better storage facility in Gaston County.

This was the best experience we have ever had with self storage. Our stuff was kept safe and sound for over a year. When we were ready to move it into a POD for delivery across the country, Anita was helpful both on the phone with our preparations and in person as we moved from the unit to the POD. I truly appreciated the kindness and the cold water!

Anita and her team are great to work with and awesome communication. They took care of everything for us including helping secure a lock. We needed a storage unit for my son’s things during the summer months while home from college. Great experience - will definitely be back.

McLean Self Storage has been such a blessing to store my girls dorm things for the summer rather than haul it all back to Louisiana. Everyone there was so kind and helpful- even bringing us bottles of cold water while we were loading everything. The Christian music playing softly in the background brought much peace to a very stressful day. I am so grateful to have found them. The facility was immaculate and well maintained. We will be reserving a unit for next summer!

We have been with McClean storage for several years with various units. Anita is the best! Felt like our belongings were safe and secure and in a spotless facility! Sad to leave but moved out of state.

McLean Storage is the best! I have used them multiple times and have been satisfied every time. They are clean, easy to get in and out, well kept and secure! The management is friendly and great to work with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to storage my things!

Perfect 10. Anita and Lisa were extremely hospitable 100%. If it wasn’t for them I would have signed with another storage facility. The layout was perfect for a large 53” truck which the facility accommodated easily. Everyone was happy with the results.

Absolutely loved our experience. This was my first time using a storage unit and didn't know what to expect. The facility was extremely clean and l felt that our belongings were safe while l wasn't on site.The staff was incredible. We had a no-hassle experience and l even needed a second unit due to us moving and they were easy to work with and assigned it to us very quickly.I highly recommend this storage facility and the staff!
