This Napa is the greatest parts store I have ever been to. And I’ve been to every one of the major chains in three different states. So that’s saying something. It’s small but the associates are great. Brandon is by far the most helpful, kind and courteous person I have come across in a retail setting. Treated me like a friend that he’s known for years. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Got my parts to me the same day! (older truck, unique parts). He should been training all the employees on how to interact with customers, and/or made a manager. He’s got it figured out. I will shop no where else BECAUSE of Brandon. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

On June 3rd at approximately 5:40 PM, my girlfriend entered the NAPA auto parts store in Belmont located on Franklin Blvd. She was second in line to a older fellow with an african american employee assisting behind the counter. The employee talked about "snakes" for approximately 10 minutes with the customer while my girlfriend waited behind this customer talking about snakes! Yes, 10 minutes! And, YES! Snakes, the reptiles! I entered the store to meet my girlfriend and the employee and customer were still talking about snakes! Finally, the customer left. I then asked this employee if they could check the codes on our engine check light. The employee, slowly laid his elbows on the counter, gazed at us, paused and then shook his head back and forth without saying a word. Then he said, "no, we do not provide that service." I simply walked out. Oh my gosh! He was so rude and disrespectful. I own and operate three businesses and this guy would be fired in a heart beat! Never will go back! And if you are reading this, there are too many other auto stores in and around Belmont with much helpful and professional employees. It's obvious, NAPA has lowered their standards on employees and stopped their training.
