Also, they don't take broken items like it says on the website. Again, employees/service was great, but maybe make the process more accurate on your website to what it actually is in real life.”

“I actually found a used rifle that was reasonably priced here! Best shop in Gastonia by far! Bill and Karl treat everyone like family! They have lots to choose from, especially guns and jewelry! They are one of the most reasonable shops in town for loans to when I need extra cash! Will definitely be back soon!”

“This location has a great merchandise along with friendly customer service. I have been a patron with Cash America pawn for over 7 years with great service in the Triad area. I will Suggest that reps at this location be more consistent with appraising merchandise. I got a loan for 180$ my first time, 170$ the second, and only 105$ for the third loan. Coincidentally, I went to another location within 10 miles and was offered more for the same exact item. The rep at this location did tell me that my item had some wear but I was under the impression that because of my consistency with paying my loan i would Be offered the same if not more for a loan. Nonetheless I will continue to utilize your services .”

They are just like every other pawn shop though, they don't want to loan you much on what you have unless you are a frequent borrower and they try to sell what they have for close to new prices. About all pawn shops have gotten that way now but these guys will work with you on price if you ask. Overall, this is the best pawn shop of all the ones I know.”
