The customer service was awful and the employees were rude. If the customer tells you the correct size of drink they want and it’s on the menu your employees shouldn’t complain about it.

Steven is always so friendly and helpful (he deserves a raise) today Janelle was taking my order, halfway thru entering my number it disappeared. When I asked to input my number she huffed and rolled her eyes. When I asked if she was ok she got an attitude and said he had to start all over. I visit them frequently and have never been treated like that. I will not be ordering there again if she is there.

Charbucks. Over roasted beans. Occasionally on vacation I succumb due to my overbearingly insane caffeine addiction. The bitter. The snobbery. If only they knew there was a world with medium roast Sumatra and a French press. Friends don't let friends drink Charbucks. Be good to one another. Peace and love.

Buy a pd of coffee, Komodo Dragon about every2,3 wks. Have it ground fine, Turkish grind, my husband likes their scones and Mocha Frapacinos...all the kids, ( I say kids, all under 30), on staff are so sweet they've been known to give me a toothache. Proficient to the max, always gracious, willing to joke with you while working their butts off, most remember my name, coffee, grind, lucky to remember what I had for dinner last night. Great staff.

Had a worker TEXTING at while I was making my order. Which I had to repeat twice, because she wouldn't stop texting. Then I tried to utilize my Starbucks app and she said they couldn't scan my barcode, which they have done in the past. And I asked her what kind of cold brews she had, ordering for my mom, and she listed them, and I asked for pumpkin, and she said we don't have pumpkin. Then why did you just tell me you did? She was so rude. I can get over most things as I understand this field of work, but the complete disrespect I cannot. Also, I hate how you can't order ahead to this location!!! Please make it to where you can.

Not too bad. It's convenient when I need a quick drink while I'm shopping. Some associates make your drink tasty and there are those who don't really care. For the most part, I usually enjoy my drink.

I ask for a grande dragon fruit drink they didn't have that day and I get the mango but they give me the medium but charged me for grande size.... they don't have proper cups for expresso coffee....my wife gets a medium size cup for a expresso....the attendant never ask me if I want the receipt..... ?

This is my new favorite location. It's kind of a drive for me but it's well worth it. I had actually been going to the Cox Road location in Gastonia for years but when I went back after the remodeling, every incredibly kind barista who worked there was gone - and that really saddens me. It's an entirely different experience now.

Is inside of Harris Teeter. Not only coffe but pastries and some snacks. There is a small sitting area on the side for customer to sit down. The service was very good.
