I asked if the Caramel Ribbon Crunch was made different if different areas, and the Barista stated no, all recipes are exactly the same... Well low and behold she didn't follow the recipe. And then when I asked about my whip cream on the bottom and the crunch, She insisted that she put it in and gave me an excuse of "Sometimes when we pour the liquid in, I makes the whip cream come to the top." she lied to me in my face as I stood there the whole time watching.. If I'm gonna pay that much for that, I want all I get in there.

They always get your drink right. They are fairly quick, and they are always kind! Thus us my go to Starbucks.

Really good Starbucks location. Have been 15 or so times. Very consistent. And Zach is a great barista. Does get busy here!

This starbucks has the worst customer service ever! Every time I come into the store the the workers will see me standing there and never acknowledge that I'm standing there waiting to order. 10 minutes will go by without getting any help. Finally I walked up to one of the guysAnd his response was we will get to you. I said I understand your busy but how about you say hi and acknowledge I exist. Finally the manager came and took my order. The customer service us piss poor and they give me a sense that they don't like black people. Today I'm done with Starbucks

As a former Starbucks employee, I have to say this is probably the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I once waited 45 minutes for an iced Americano (literally just ice, a couple of shots of espresso and water) after placing a mobile order 10 or 15 minutes before I arrived. I had placed the mobile order because I needed a quick cup of coffee before heading to an appointment (if I’d had the time, there are a lot of lovely local mom and pop coffee shops I would have gone to instead).This isn’t an occasional occurrence. Every time I have placed a mobile order a head of time at this location over the past year, I end up waiting at least 20 minutes to get my order — and even once had an employee accuse me of lying when I noted that she had given me both of my food items, but I was missing my drink. (She made me hand her my cellphone through the drive thru window to prove that I had ordered 3 items total further holding up both me and the cars behind me.)Operationally, the partners at this store and their shift managers and/or regional manager need to figure out how to more effectively design the kitchen area of the store or have enough staff on hand for more efficient throughput times. It’s unreal how long I have consistently had to wait for mobile orders both at the drive thru and in store over the past year.

To close the lobby and not even have a sign on the door stating why you’re locking customers out is absurd. It’s the middle of the day, and I now cannot walk in to pick up my order. The drive thru here is slow and ridiculous always which is exactly why I placed an online order to begin with. I (first world problems) was in a time crunch which is why I placed the mobile order ahead of time to walk in and quickly grab, so I had to forgo even getting my order (almost $40) because the drive thru had 12 cars in line. The app also should not allow the pick up in lobby option if the store can’t accommodate.
