My girlfriend and I both ate at this subway against my better judgment and we both got food poison. I stopped going here years ago because the store was dirty and the people wasn't very sanitary, long story short, girlfriend talked me into trying it again. First thing when we walked up, I ask where is all the meat? They have replaced the clear see through food covers with metal covers so now you can't even see what they have or what it looks like, I wanted to leave again at that point but my girlfriend gave me that look and said it will be alright, but you know what girlfriend, it wasn't alright, you know why ? Because now we have food poison. Anyway back to my rant, typical mollinial attitude like you would expect at most fast food places, very short, not friendly, basically, just give me your hard earned money so I can get back on my phone attitude. Long story short, I will not ever return to this Subway again as long as I live. You can have it Belmont but not this Ole boy.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE !!!!!!! THEY HAVE NOTHING AND WAS RUDE AND WAS OBVIOUSLY HIGH AND NOT CARING. Where’s the MANAGER????? $34 on food that’s nasty and sloppy

I would have Givin a higher rating but the young lady running the store closed at 8pm stating "I'm alone I need to close" while making a customer's order.Make sure you don't really want subway when you come to this location, Walmart has your back.Vegetarian options: No clue, store was closed 2 hours earlyDietary restrictions: No clue, kicked out.Kid-friendliness: Kid couldn't eat

8/26/23 9:35pm USUALLY, we don't have a problem with this store or this location. We've been coming here for 15yrs. Unfortunately, I don't have the young ladies name, and it's not on the receipt. Otherwise, I'd call the franchisee. She was Caucasian, approximately 20, 5'7, with medium brown shoulder-length hair. I'm saying this because we used a special ONLINE ORDER ONLY coupon for BOGO takeout. I ordered the 12" #2 Steak & Cheese and paid $3.45 extra for double steak, which seemed like a no-brainer to me. Welllll ... upon opening my sandwich, there were 6 little pieces of meat on the entire 12" sub!! The other one was the same. I was soooo upset! My hubby had the 12" #17 Roast Beef & Cheese and was very happy with it. It had more meat on just ONE HALF of his one sub than I had on BOTH of mine combined. I got all my veggies, but ... The store was closed by the time this was discovered. I will never order this way again. I was mortified.

Terrible service overall , employee cut friends 6 inch sandwich in 3 ways and destroyed it while rolling it . Then the employee proceeded to try and tussle with me after i asked for my sandwich to be remade. I give it a 1 out of 5 stars , i wont be returning to subway again after this experience.

i went too this subway today and horrible customer service from this short African American teen, i ordered a 6in chicken bacon ranch and when he finished he decided to cut my 6in sub into 3 pieces, and when he was folding the sandwiches and it broke. so when i asked him too re make he got angry cussed me out and proceeded to attack me.

Came in pretty late about 935pm. They close at 10pm but were still fully open and ready to serve. Zoey was on point and got us in and out quickly. Good job! And thank you! My bacon was amazing!

Ordered a large order for delivery through the Subway website. It said it was available for delivery. I even called the subway to confirm the delivery time. The phone cut out multiple times and hung up on me so I had to call again to confirm the delivery. Once the order was an hour past delivery time I tried to call the subway 4 times with no answer. When I came to the subway to see what was going on they said they don’t deliver. They had the food but now all 6 sandwiches are cold. We had to leave our work meeting to come get our food. Super inconvenient. There was no communication to let us know our order wasn’t coming. We will be telling our friends and family not to come to this location. Not happy at all and now our coworkers have to eat cold old sandwiches. We will be contacting the owner for a refund.

Worse location ever! Had a coupon and was told first I could use because of the small print. Then told it had expired on one that had another month! (Today is 4/4/23 expiration 5/2/23) I offered to get a sandwich that was covered and was told I couldn't because that one had been made. Stay away from this place!

Today I was told they were out of some items and the girl only listed mayonnaise and spinach and she asked if that was okay. I said yes that's fine. So then I ask for a tuna sub. \\\"We're out of that.\\\" Why didn't she tell me that before? That's way more important than spinach and mayo (she didn't explain because of no mayo they can't make the tuna, I thought maybe it was out from making the tuna). Okay so I said meatball. \\\"Not fully heated yet.\\\" So I said forget it and she looked shocked at me. If you don't have what I want I'm not obligated to patronize the store, a Subway that is out of everything is the fault of the franchisee not Subway. Had no problem at one not owned by that family.

Would have given ozero stars they don't deserve one. DONT ORDER HERE !! . MY CHICKEN TERIYAKI WAS COLD !!! SUB TASTED LIKE TUNA ONE BIT ALMOST THREW UP..THEY DONT HAVE ALL TOPS OTHER SUBWAYS HAVE.GO TO ANOTHER SUB SHOP THERE FOOD IS HORRIBLE NEVER GOING BACK HERE FIRST TIME AND LAST!!! . MANAGER COULD CARE LESS.

While I was in the store today I witnessed 2 young female possible employees come in in their regular street clothes and go behind the counter and get cookies from the display case and get a couple bags of chips and leave them did not pay for their items. I feel it was unprofessional to do that especially with customers in line placing orders.

Ordered turkey foot long with pickles. Received veggie with cucumbers. They redid the order, I received turkey, no pickles and an ant. Yep if I could upload the picture I would. 26.00 over 2 hours of waiting and I get an ant.
