The proprietor Tien Nguyen (and wife) are reputable people, refugees from Vietnam. The business property is a 'train wreck' and severely trashed/disorganized. Tien's time is severely compromised due to the time he spends attempting to train 'new arrivals' from Vietnam in the automotive repair trade. The couple and family are active in their local church. As much as I like Tien and his crew, I stopped patronizing the business years ago as he was obviously struggling to get anything done, resulting in a clash of will between Tien and myself-I no longer felt welcome as a result.

Have used them twice. First visit was for a leaking transmission pan which they welded a steel plate and repaired it. Second visit was for check engine light on which was an O2 Sensor replacement. The place doesn't look so nice but the family who own it and the staff are absolutely wonderful, fair and professional. Also had a NC State Inspection performed.Services: Auto exhaust system repair

I stopped in for the annual inspection and they were so friendly and happy to help!!!! Two of the nicest guys I've experienced at an auto shop in a while. And as a woman, thankful that they didn't try the '**** chick' routine and try to sell me something I didnt need. Can't tell you how many times that's happened. Grateful for honest guys!! Great experience!! Thank you!!
