First time U-Pack user. Great experience from start to finish. Quote was easy, no hassles, no surprises. Phone service excellent from beginning to end. They don’t try to sell you extras and are flexible and responsive. Great personnel on the ground. Sent a box 2500 miles from Arizona to South Carolina flawlessly and on time. By the way, got some loading and unloading help from their affiliated Hire-a-Helper network and they were great too. I would not hesitate to use them again! Great job!

We had u-pak help us move from Washington state to North Carolina. The initial drop off the trailer had a hiccup but the company was quick to resolve issues. Final destination arrived great and everything finalized perfectly. Every time I called u-pak they were friendly to talk to and clearly communicated all answers to my questions. Recommend u-pak for any move.

Excellent choice for storage and moving. I was relocated from nine months over seas not knowing where my new home would be. So I reach out to UPack they stored my belongings and when time came to move they delivered my goods in excellent condition. I believe this is only the 2nd or 3rd review I've ever written but I had to post something about our phenomenal experience with U-Pack. Of all the various services we've used throughout the years - this experience is one of the best we've had, from beginning to end. We had to move our son's things from a Public Storage unit in Seattle, Washington, to our home in Charlotte. When we first called to inquire about how U-Pack works, the individual (Jim) we spoke with answered all our questions and was extremely personable. U-Pack arrived right on time in Seattle (even a little early), dropped the cube where we could easily load it and even came back and picked it up same day. We received updates on the status of the move every single day and the cube arrived early in Charlotte. U-Pack arrived right on time to deliver the cube and even managed to pick it up the same day (this was very nice so we did not have to deal with our HOA writing us up for the cube in our driveway). Every single person we encountered through the entire process was friendly and helpful and the final cost was exactly what we were originally quoted. Even the cost was very reasonable and lower than what it would have cost us to rent a U-Haul and drive it ourselves. Literally a perfect experience from end to end!

What amazing service! Best price for a 28’ trailer. Extremely flexible on delivery and pick up date. Personal items not tampered with. Of course some items shifted and broken in transit but not their fault. It was how I packed items and secured them. But I expected a few things to break, traveling 2800 miles.

After getting quotes from about 15 different companies including another “U” named company, U-pack was the cheapest option to move across multiple states that was also recommended by a colleague so I knew I could trust them with my belongings. They did not disappoint! The whole process was easy from start to finish, I got to keep the trailer for 3 business days to load and again to unload so I didn’t feel rushed. I also ended up using less space in the trailer so they adjusted the price when I called to let them know. Great customer service as well, very friendly and easy to work with. They give you a support wall to prevent your belongings from shifting too much in the trailer and the ramp is pretty easy to use just don’t lift the yellow handle while adjusting the ramp (you’ll need 2 people to adjust it back to locking position).

Booked UPack for my move from IL to NC and had a very pleasant experience. The agents helped me to evaluate and did the move pretty smooth. Communicated well with prior heads-up. Truck driver both at the source and destination were polite and did the needful by parking the trailer at the right spot without being an obstacle. Trailers were on time and picked/delivered the right time per my communication. Booking a trailer in my case with upack was bit cheaper when compared to container boxes from other companies. Ultimately I would recommend UPack to my family and friends for any long distance move. Exceptional service at a decent price tag. Please see if you guys could accomodate same day delivery/pickup of the trailers in the coming days.

This was the best experience i have ever had! They stuck to every commitment they made, no surprises, and no hidden fees. I would recommend hiring a few movers to maximize packing it into the truck, I did and still went over what I expected to use. This is a great company, with strong customer commitment. Not one thing could’ve been improved! Aced it! (I moved from NY to SC)
