This is in reference to the google review below from E.B.
She (E.B.) was rude to the worker she is complaining on from the time she walked in the store till the whole 5 mins she was in there causing a scene for the workers and other customers to see.
The lady was simply doing her job she was polite to every SINGLE person that walked in the door till they exited. Me personally I’m in this UPS store a few times a week doing various things not once ever has this young lady the notary been rude or mean. She is always helpful along with her team. Mr. Patel and his workers are always very helpful.
To E.B. You owe that worker an apology and a real review.

I needed assistance in getting a large clumsy package into the store. I called to request help and the staff here was helpful and courteous! They said all I needed to do was to call once I arrived. I arrived, called, and a staff member quickly came outside to wheel my package inside. Once inside, I was brought up to the counter right away. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Awesome service and awesome staff!

Even when you have “no label, no box” selected by Amazon the power tripping employees still try to charge you for both.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Walked in on April 30 around 12:30 and the women with the blonde hair was so nice.
