This UPS Store Moved a few doors down in the same shopping center, the correct address is 6414 West Wilkinson Blvd. We’ve been doing business here for eight years and are very pleased with everything.

They lost my abc packet that I was sending to Raleigh for my restaurant to serve beer and wine. It was very difficult to replace and cost me hundreds in lost revenue. Never use UPS they will lose your package and not really be very sorry about it.

Worst experience ever. They have no record of my package ! I dropped off this package weeks ago. Mind you the product inside is $300 and very large so how they lost it I have no idea !! I called the store because when I went to track it (so that I could get my refunded $300) all it said was “label created” I called the store manager because that is what customer service told me to do. I called and the store manager at this location . He told me he would help me and call me look for it and call me back. He never did !! So I called again and he claims he will be helping me find this package since there is no record of it and it is clearly their fault at this point. They were very busy and rushing through everyone and I really feel like they did not tape on my label like they said and just threw it on some random truck. He said he will look at the footage to see if he can see me drop it off. You definitely can’t miss a 5’3” girl carrying in WINDOWS to be shipped. How do you lose that big of a package. The girl at the counter that day scanned my label and said she would tape it on and that I was good to go so I left. I wasn’t even offered a receipt. I’m so upset that is $300 gone because they won’t help me find it and call me back. I’m going to have to go over the manager and contact his higher ups. You can’t just lose that size of a package there is no way.
