The old lady at the front desk needs to retire. I shouldn’t feel like I have to go to the next town over to the post office there because she’s so mean and passive aggressive - what’s the point of working in customer service, go work in the back

Never had such a positive experience at a post office. Ayana was so helpful and patient and had a great attitude. Made all my questions less overwhelming as I try to get gifts out last minute for Christmas. Would definitely come back to this location.

I’ve had THREE lost packages in the past month. The USPS driver is marking them as delivered in my lockbox (so it’s not possible that a neighbor stole them), yet they’re not actually being delivered. I understand that mistakes happen, but three times in the past month is excessive!Update: they still have not resolved my issue, they’ve said there’s nothing they can do about it. When I asked what they will do to prevent this in the future, I was told I need to start requesting to sign for my packages. Instead of holding the USPS driver accountable, I have to *from now on* be inconvenienced and sign for my packages to make sure they’re not stealing them or misplacing them (I have a job and can’t be home 24/7 to make sure they’re doing THEIR job). Instead of USPS fixing the situation- I’m being shamed for not signing for packages. I highly doubt anyone even investigated this.

Consistently marks my address as undeliverable. Staff claims they don't know what is going on. Very rude staff when you call to follow up regarding the whereabouts of your missing packages!

Rhonda at this location has been a massive help over the years with understanding the ins and outs of mass shipping via my webstore. Goes above and beyond.

The staff is so friendly every time I come in to this post office. One of the employees even paid for a stamp of mine unprovoked because they didn't want me to have to use my credit card for a 55 cent charge. Very nice group of people ans happy to have them a part of the community of Belmont.
