Zac was very knowledgeable, personable and kind. My family and I visited because I NEEDED a new phone badly. Zac did all the calculations himself, went over everything and often asked if we needed him to clarify any information he previously gave. I loved our experience and honesty prefer this location over the one’s we previously visited today. Thanks Zac - you’re the best !

First see is Tabatha and Cole work here… if so WALK OUT and go to the Linclonton store. These 2 people caused so many mistakes and stress to my husband and I.
It has taken several weeks to clear up the mess they caused.
We went to the Linclonton store and they fixed most of our issues and we had the rest fixed by a terrific lady in a corporate office.
So I don’t recommend this store at all!

My visit to this Victra Verizon store went very well. The staff there helped me with my purchases and set up my new iPad 11 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max. They answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I have to add that they were very knowledgeable about their products. I was impressed with their patience, too.

I walked into this store with my new, already existing Verizon plan that I was having issues with. The Victra associate should have sent me directly to the corporate Verizon store. Instead, he signed me up for an additional plan through Victra, assuring me that it would all work out and he would send me away that day with a working device under my number. I trusted him and he upsold me instead of advising me on the best course of action for me. I was left 4 hours later with two devices (neither of which were working), two accounts / two numbers and so much heartache. I have now spent 8 additional hours trying to get myself out of this mess with Verizon with no resolution in sight and no working device. Disappointed is an understatement.

Salesman Bhavin very down to earth and very willing to help guide me through updating phone. He is definitely a people person and I highly recommend when visiting the Verizon store at Belmont, NC you see him for all your cellular data needs.

I went in to switch my family’s phones back to Verizon from my previous provider and it was such an easy process! Ross made sure to take care of everything we needed and got us an amazing deal with perks included! He was very knowledgeable about the promotions and how to save us as much as possible! Tabitha also made sure everything was to our satisfaction and has an amazing team in store! The whole interaction made me confident that going back to Verizon was a god choice! Thank you guys!!

Rude. Unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could. Called the store. Waited on hold just for them to answer and say “we have customers so we can’t take the call right now” & hung up.

Zac was absolutely amazing. He showed so much grace by us getting there 30 mins before closing while he was sitting with a customer & had another couple waiting to be seen. He acknowledged us regardless of him being busy & alone in the store and assured us that he would be with us as soon as he could while setting expectations of the time frame. He was extremely polite, upfront, knowledgable and really good at closing the sale & upselling. Zac thank you for being patient and willing to go above and beyond! 10/10 give that man an hourly raise!
