The experience with this store has been absolutely horrible. In November, my husband went in to upgrade our phones and was informed by associates Mike and Zac about the Black Friday promo. The promotion spun to him was "upgrade your phone and receive a smart watch for free". He accepted the deal. The model Samsung phone I chose had to be ordered, but he was told the store had the watch in stock. He returned to the store a week later, the phone and watch were set up for him by Zac and we were instructed to return my old phone to the store within 14 days. We returned my old device to the store within the allowed time frame. When we received our first bill after the upgrade, we discovered there were two device fees for both watches. I reached out to customer service and they were able to correct the device charge for my husband's line, but not mine. The customer service associate would not tell me why she could not correct the charge for my watch and we would have to go to the store to find out what the issue was. During his third trip to this location, my husband found out Zac and Mike sold and set up the wrong model watch and this watch was not available for the promotion they had sold to him. I received a Galaxy Watch5, instead of a Galaxy Watch6. Zac told my husband he could not do anything to fix the error, he would have to wait on his store manager to come back from PTO to correct it. Fine. We waited on her to come back which was supposed to be January 2, 2024. I called the store 1/2/24, and was told by a female associate that Tabitha did not return as scheduled and would be back January 3, 2024. I called the store again on 1/3/24, only to be told by another female associate that Tabitha needed permission from the District Manager, David Eads, to correct the issue and he was now also on PTO. This female associate told me Tabitha would return my call with an update on the situation. As of today, January 23, 2024, no one from the Belmont Victra Verizon location has attempted to get in touch with me. I have called multiple times in the last two weeks, only for the store to not answer their phones. All previous requests for business contact information for the store manager and/or district manager have been refused.A little feedback from the store manager or district manager would have went a long way. It is baffling how two sales associates pick and choose the incorrect merchandise for a promotion they were selling. The issue is not over and we will keep pursuing a resolution. We have been loyal customers for over 13 years and this is the worst service we have ever received.

Tabitha and her Team at this location are excellent. They have been extremely helpful when I was in a bind and needed to get our employees a new cell-phone same day. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Highly recommend this store!

The girl that helped me was awesome. I was confused and needed guidance. She was awesome and really helped me find the best phone for the best savings. Verizon has always been our carrier.

This store is operated by CROOKED, UNPROFESSIONAL LIARS. I am not one to write Google reviews but I will not let this go without being heard. They REFUSED to give me my $1000 rebate after trading in my old phone and adding a new line. When I went to the store the first time to inquire, they told me it was not logged correctly, and they would contact the warehouse to identify that I had traded in my old phone so they could apply the rebate and they would give me a call back. I waited patiently to which they never called.So I went in a 2nd time to which I was met with immediate hostility and rudeness, then the manager proceeded to lie to saying they checked the footage and I never gave them my old phone. For my own legal protection, I began to record what was transpiring. When the manager noticed she was being recorded, she CALLED THE POLICE! Over me asking about a rebate that I was due. I was then trespassed and thrown out. After jumping through the many hoops that is Verizon Customer Care, they QUICKLY identified I had in fact traded my old phone and stated the store did not know what they were doing. They apologized profusely and were ashamed of the way this store treated me. I have now received my rebate that the store was trying to scam me out of. Do NOT do business with these crooks unless you enjoy being scammed and losing money and being yelled at by employees.The salesperson Michael H who I originally dealt with, when asked if he could assist as I turned the phone into him, yelled at me exclaiming "Dude, I dont know!" This is a sorry representation of Verizon and after being a Verzion customer for over 20 years I will take my business elsewhere. A formal complaint has been filed against this store with corporate and they deserve every bit of the consequences for their actions. What an embarrassing unprofessional bunch of employees. I have every bit of this recorded and am pursuing legal action. DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

Stay away from this store, especially one employee, if you need help with your bill. Back in May I added international plans to two phone lines on the account. Since then it’s a back and forth because Verizon/Victra is not capable of removing them, although I set them both to expire after a month. They still show up on my bills every month. I tried to call customer support several times, which with due all the respect doesn’t know what they do. So I went to the store and the reps previously were able to help me out somehow by calling the channel support. They credited the amount for the international plans but the services are still added.Yesterday I went once again and Kaley (or whatever) is one of the most disengaged and disrespectful reps I’ve ever experienced. First she removed my global calling because she “didn’t see anything else on my account”. I didn’t ask to remove that and I didn’t even have a chance to show her my bill because she already shut me down by saying “I’m not calling the channel support. I’m off in a few minutes”. No question if I would mind waiting for her colleague or whatsoever. Extremely rude and irritated. As I specifically asked to go through channel support because the regular customer support not being helpful, she simply stopped helping me.I also observed, even when she was in the right, that she was very unfriendly and disrespect towards a previous customer. Customer support is something different to me.

Went here and traded a qualifying phone to upgrade to a newer version. Large cash deposit as well, only thing is the actual Verizon company says they have no record of the cash or trade in and are trying to keep charging me for the upgrade. I would stay as far away from this place as you can. They are giving Verizon a very bad reputation. Stay away from Victor, posing as Verizon!!!
