The drive thru is the world’s slowest drive thru. It’s not clear why we have to wait almost an hour in the drive thru.

I am sick and tired of this pharmacy! They never follow up on my medications. If the Dr writes and calls in a prescription, the insurance company later approves it, why didn't you fill it and call me and say it was filled and ready like the others! This is not the first time I've had to do their job for them. This used to be a great pharmacy but I AM DONE HERE!

Do not use this location! Consider not using Walgreens at all? I'm too intelligent to play games with those employees who kept refusing to order my prescription due to its cost. My insurance approved it!! They just lost me as a customer i.e. a $60,000 +a year loss for them! My insurance is awesome. CVS is being given opportunity to better serve me. Believe me when I say to not trust them.

Gave me the wrong prescription and called to tell me about it 24 hours later and told me they would fix it. Went the next day to pick up and no one knew what I was talking about. Then I got two calls back that they couldn’t refill it because it wasn’t time. I didn’t need a refill I needed you to fix the mistake. I appreciated the original call and was gonna give them another chance but they absolutely lost my business. The employees need to learn to double check and communicate with each other.

The pharmacy team could use an attitude adjustment. I had to wait 15 minutes in line to check in for vaccine appointment…just to receive a nasty attitude from the lady who administered the shot. If it wasn’t for this pharmacy’s close proximity to my job, I wouldn’t waste my time. Definitely will not be using this pharmacy moving forward

This is where I go to get my Rx filled. (Not my maintenance Rx) I also get my Covid Vax, Flu Vax, and my Pheumonia Vax. The staff in the Pharmacy is ALWAYS friendly and on top of things. One Pharmacist caught where a Doctor of mine prescribed a med that would not go well with another med that I take. He called and told him and got it changed.

I wouldn't even give this Walgreens pharmacy one star. They lie to you when they are too lazy to fill your prescription and tell you that the "704" number is a call center in Florida and the call center doesn't communicate with them? I WILL DEFINITELY BE CALLING THE MAIN CALL CENTER AND GET AHOLD OF SOMEONE AND TELL THEM WHAT THIS PHARMACY IS DOING! I GOT YOUR NAME GIRL THAT LIED TO ME! Then made us wait knowing she wasn't even going to fill my spript and was VERY RUDE, THEY LIE TO GET OUT OF DOING THEIR JOB JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT TO GO HOME THEY HAD A WHOLE HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSED. WASNT BUSY EITHER rude lazy rude lazy women

This store and pharmacy has really gotten a lot better over the past few years. Yes you have to wait a few minutes to get your medicine and or shots but now of days the pharmacists and technicians are filling hundreds of medications daily plus stopping to give us our shots and answer questions about our medication. Chris the pharmacist is always able to give you a few minutes of his time to go over medication and or side effects along with what you can and can't take. So far they have went above and beyond to help me out with filling my meds or just asking a simple question. They are always prompt working with me and my doctors to get everything filled. 5⭐ all the way and keep up the great work everyone and don't forget to thank them because without them we wouldn't have and medicine and answers.

Would give a zero if I could. Pharmacy have some incompetent people that have no business working in that area.

Unlike CVS next door, No late night hours. Also, substantial hold times waiting for the pharmacy on phone calls. They need an automated system organized to return phone calls. My time is valuable too.Yesterday, they filled a portion of my prescription and apparently closed out the rest. That would have Forced me to again go to my doctor to get the prescription filled again, but for pharmacist Jennifer's intervention to get the remaining part of the prescription filled. Kudos to her. She saved them from a two-star review.

The hours for the pharmacy being open are never the same. There is no way of knowing if this location is open or not. You choose a national chain pharmacy for convenience and location but if you can't pick up your prescriptions at what should be normal hours for a store on a weekend why choose to use them? The CVS across the street is a 24 hour pharmacy think I'm switching despite my drug plan.

If you just need to pick up a prescription quickly, I suggest just hitting the drive through. They usually have one person working the counter, while another works the drive-through and works in the back inbetween customers. Nobody will ever assist the one employee behind the counter even if there is 10 people in line, and most employees here are very chatty. Learned this the hard way

LAURA has the WORST customer service I have ever seen she blatantly was lazy and refused to help me find the product I was looking for that I KNOW THEY CARRY. I demand to be contacted and for her to be reprimanded due to the way she spoke to me and my pregnant wife

I visited this location today 03/26/2023. I went to grab a few cases of water, and a few other items that icluded a nose hair trimmer. The associate that came to assist me walked up rudely asked me what do you need? They keep small shaving items locked up. Well the associate proceeds to unlock then grabs the item and starts heading to the front. I am like I need to see it, you know see if it is rechargeable ect. She then says it is against store policy. I thought to myself this lady actually thinks I will buy something that I cannot verify has everything in it I need. She hands it to another cashier who says you checking out. I thought to myself does thislady not see I am pushing an empty buggy. I said no. I need to grab other things and asked her if I could see the trimmers, she said not until checkout. I lividly proceed t take my time grab what I came for and head to the register. She rings me up then says oh let me grab the trimmers, I told her she can put them right back becase I am not buying anything I could not see and that it made me feel like they profiled me as if I was going to steal. I get home and call the store to speak with the manager who was non-chalant about the whole situation. Needless to say I have been shopping at that same location 14 years, but they will NEVER see another dime of my money. Also I purchased Whal clippers 2 weeks prior, no issues so I guess this policy is enacted based on their racial profiling for the day. This is the CVS at Wilkinson and Park Rd. in Belmont.
