I have been coming to this location in Belmont Wells Fargo for years on my banking account services since it merged with Wachovia bank. I went today to get notary service and I sat down waiting in the chair area for about 20 minutes and then a lady representative walked by to ask what I needed and I stated a notary. She stated the representative will be back in 30 minutes if I wanted to wait. I waited and looked around because I did see 2 other men representative not sure if they were reps for notary but the one male rep had his door shut sitting in his office with Primer or Premier on his door. I went to get me something to eat and came back and sat to wait again and seen that the male rep had taken a customer in his office. I sat and waited additional 15 to 20 minutes I seen the lady rep talking with another male but no work while me and another guy sat down. Finally Ms. Reyes came and I got my notary done. The customer service is very poor. I had to wait then someone came up to me. I told the other representative that Ms. LEDBETTER was wonderful the last time I came. She said Ms. LEDBETTER is working in a different area and does not have her notary stuff with her.

I called before I came and they lied .. if it’s a bank you should do bank stuff .. smh wasted my time and money I will never recommend anyone this bank unprofessional

Horrible. The employees are rude and act as though you’re bothering them when you need to use their services. I will be switching to my employer’s credit union after too many bad experiences at this location and others.

The ATM outside here is trash. You can never take out cash but it also doesn't even let you deposit cash either!!

The reviews here are totally accurate. Worst customer service ever. Never enough bank tellers and always a long wait for simple tasks. Not sure why they closed the downtown location but we need it back badly. Oh yeah the Latina bank teller is horrible. Rude and very non lol I don't know what to do friendly. As soon as I stop being lazy I'm going to move my money to another bank. #WFStinks

Worst ATM station. If you are driving a pick up truck. You can’t reach the money dispenser. It’s very low. Make sure you remove your seatbelt. And be ready to pull yourself out the window to reach it. Lol.

1 teller on a Thursday. 7 people in line. This place has no idea what customer service is. I will be changing my account soon. Always disappointed when i deal with Wells Fargo.

Very unprofessional. Standing around gossiping with coworkers like they don't see customers waiting to be helped. You can finish talking trash about customers after you've helped the ones in line.

Definitely the worst experience I've had at any location the guy working the counter is rude and has been rude to me the last few times ive been in there, it almost has me to the point of closing all my accounts with this firm.

Came in to change my last name on my bank accounts. I just came from SECU to do this and it was very fast and easy and didn’t need to make an appointment. Not the case at this location. They told me to wait to see if the next appointment was going to show up or not- the banker never spoke to me until another lady asked if I was someone else. The banker told the other lady his appointment was 2 minutes away and didn’t want to see me. Totally understand this but from the time I came in and the next appointment still hasn’t shown up - they could have changed my name during that time.
