“Great outdoor patio area with lots of tables and an area for a band to set up for live music. Good selection of bottles and cans from NC breweries and beyond. Parking is pretty limited with about 6 spots directly in front; otherwise you'll need to park on the street. They had about 8 drafts on tap, but wish they'd had more singles available of the four packs they had for sale so you could try one before spending $20.”

“A really cool place - it's more of a grocery with some togo food. Staff is friendly. We went it both Carolina Beach and the Wilmington location. Picked up some chicken salad, crackers and the fruit slushes - holy crap - the fruit slush. We had peach with hemp powder (protein). Wow. They sweeten them with honey - the second I got (next day - and no judging!!!) I had them hold off the honey - I thought it was better without the honey. I recommend for specialty grocery shopping and ice cream (didn't try it but looks good). Don't forget the fruit slush!!”

“Of the ABC stores in the area, this is one of the better ones. They have a pretty decent selection and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I don't think there is much difference in prices from store to store since they are state run but this is a convenient location with plenty of parking.”

“Some friends & I came out to celebrate for my birthday. There was about 5 of us, we did make reservations just to ensure seating for us. We ordered wine flights & a couple of appetizers. You could choose from 4-5 different flights. It was great, it allowed me to find some new wines that I enjoy to this day. The food was excellent!! The atmosphere was very nice. They also have an Explorers Club you join. We will definitely be going back. You should also go check this place out.”

“The Wine Sampler is a great place to grab a special bottle of wine that doesn't break the bank, as well as a perfect place to meet friends for an afternoon glass. I love their lounge where you can comfortably socialize while trying a variety of rotating wines on tap. Jamie knows so much about wine and makes buying a new bottle a truly enjoyable experience!”

“We were staying at a house AirBnB about 5 minutes away (we are from Southern Cali visiting Wilmington NC) and needed some beer and thought we'd try a beer or two before buying beer to take home. Ambience was chill, server/owner was way cool and helpful with beer comparisons that we were use to versus what they had in comparison. They had quite a selection. Their customers were very friendly at the bar as well. We really liked the patronage, service, the spot and location, the customers and our bartender. He was way cool (it was his joint too) and cute too. Lol I'll definitely go back to get some beer next time I'm in Wilmington. I feel like we made friends with the bartender owner and his regulars. We felt at home and we will definitely return. We also picked up a bottle of beer we took a chance on that was a recommended local brewery favorite from Southern Pines, in addition to two six packs. Nice clean place with a great vibe. They were all very welcoming to us non locals.”

“I have been shopping at Red Bank Wine for about 5 years. I give them 5 stars because of Jonathan who is mister wine, mister customer service, he is the most knowledgeable wine steward I have met in Wilmington. Yes, Eric can be gruff but I think he's mellowed over the years. They have an eclectic selection and reasonable prices. Can you get cheaper wines at HT or Total Wine? Sure, but not better.”

We won 3rd place by .2 with our Turtle, Caramel, Pecan Creme Pie from Harris Teater near Riverlights. We were soooo excited & everyone ate it all, so there was no to go box for us. “The Harris Teeter's in Wilmington have been my primary grocery stores since I moved here 14 years ago. I'm very pleased with their customer service overall. However, I do need to give a special shout out to Scott who works in the deli at the Oleander store. In all of these years, after purchasing countless subs, no one has EVER gone the extra mile as he does. I was unaware that you could even get the fixings on the side until he offered, so my sub isn't soggy the next day. THANK YOU and see you soon!”

“I went here last night with my girlfriend for doordash around 15 minutes before closing and the two people who were working were Paul and Charles, they were both SUPER friendly and amazing people and they made me feel super welcome and honestly they made for such an amazing environment and atmosphere and vibe, sense it was close to closing they even gave me a free small pizza because why not and sense I was doordashing it was a very nice snack to have for the road, I recommend this place very much and thanks again Paul and Charles for making this place a great and fun restaurant to dine-in :)”
