I was in your Leland location Friday January 12th from 10:07 -10-54. I can prove this by my work trip tracker. I went in to see why after consulting with John on Tuesday of this week about my phone not able to receive or make texts or calls it was still doing the same thing. When we got there, 2 ladies seated on the wall closest to the Android side were there 1st so we sat down. John had a customer as did a blonde young lady with glasses. A dark headed young lady came in from the back and John made the comment" oh so you did make it in early". She went into the back, in the meantime a gentleman and I use that term loosely comes in and the blonde greeted him and told him to sit wherever he liked and he chose to sit at a deskWell Miss Fancy Pants ( dark haired girl) comes back out and I overheard blonde girl tell her that these people were here 1st and dark hair girl proceeds to sit down with the guy and helps him. I observed her getting up close with him which to me would be inappropriate in a retail setting but hey I'm just a customer. In the meantime my husband and I are gobsmacked at the lack of professionalism of John's part and hers. John who apparently was the lead on duty should have reined her in and had her take the next in line, again jmo I'm just the customer who again who works in retail. Just stopped by the Leland Verizon to get my wife and I some new cases and screen protectors for insurance replacement phone.Turner was absolutely beyond the normal standard of professional and knew exactly what was going on and how to do her job efficiently while ensuring attention to the customer during the whole warranty process.Definitely need to make her a manager of some form!

John from that store went ABOVE and beyond to help me replace my phone. It took hours and he was so amazing and patient!If there was something higher then A+ customer service Id give it to him. The time he took to lay out all my options, explain them and show me exactly everything he was doing was something I've never experienced in a Verizon store, and I've been a customer (on and off) for a while.So having that shown and explained is something as a consumer is so helpful to know I'm not getting any hidden fees or surcharges and whatnot. So THANK YOU John!
