“They had ordered and the ignition starter switch for me. The packaging and part were intact. The young lady that helped me when I ordered the part that they did not carry in stock was very knowledgeable and attentive. The gentleman that helped me when I went back to pick up the part once it was in was equally knowledgeable and customer service focused. Also, I got there about 7 minutes before closing, and I didn't feel rushed at all.”
“We are very pleased with the detail that Bruce and his staff provided for my husband's international truck! They were very detailed and thorough, took their time and providing the best service and parts and definitely looked out for our well-being. I would highly recommend this business. They are professional, reliable and do great work!”

“We had an incredible experience with T&J Collision after my wife’s accident. James, the owner, was fantastic throughout the entire process. What I honestly thought was going to take well over a month was completed in an extremely timely manner without sacrificing quality at all.
James communicated with us every single day, kept us updated on the progress, and made the entire process stress-free. The workmanship and attention to detail on the repairs were impeccable. You can tell he truly takes pride in what he does and cares about his customers.
I can confidently I will continue to take both our personal and company vehicles to James moving forward, and I’ll recommend T&J Collision to anyone needing collision repairs. Great people, great communication, and outstanding work.”
