One of the best decisions we made was joining this gym and starting CrossFit. Liz cares about everyone that walks in the door whether they are newer to the gym or have been there from the beginning. Highly recommend this gym and the coaches as they preach technique and make sure you won’t get an injury while working... read full comment

I went with a friend for a challenge and Liz helped me feel like I was a reoccurring member. I felt comfortable and welcomed, but more importantly she made sure I was doing each work out correctly and adjusted if needed due to my workout routine usually being Pilates.

Been going for a year now and I have never felt stronger and I love how Liz always takes care of her people! She makes me feel safe and comfortable during my workout routine.
