Everyone is always helpful and friendly at this branch! ?. They have always went above and beyond to help me with any problems I have had in regards to my business accounts (nothing of their fault.. account was hacked by scammer). Thanks again for all you folks do!

Pull up to the drive in window to deposit my check and the teller is asleep at the window. Waiting for 20 mins and had to leave. Unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would.

Sat outside of the office yesterday waiting to speak with the branch manager about a mortgage, had to wait way too long while listening to him discuss small talk with a friend. The unprofessionalism of this branch needs some training. Please send someone from Winston to help this branch.
