Went in today to get a haircut and was waiting on another hairstylist to cut my hair and Tasha called me and I told here I was waiting for the other stylist to do it and she got an attitude and even threatened to hit me and got up in my face because I wouldn't let her cut my hair. I was a customer and been going here for a while to get my haircuts but after the way I was treated today, I will not be going back to great clips I will find me a different place to go from now on.

Came in wanting layers and face framing. Jennifer and Taylor were both there. Jennifer made sure Taylor took care of satisfying my hair needs, where she exceeded my expectations for the haircut. Taylor was very gentle and did an amazing job of executing the vision I had for my hair! ☺️Both were such lovely women and they created a nice, friendly atmosphere.I know where I’ll be going if I need a touch-up! ?

Needed a haircut prior to pictures, lady came from the back office. Proceeded to cut my hair without paying attention and was preoccupied with talking to her coworkers about whatever family issue was going on at the time. Will not return.

Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. If you bounce around to different locations and different stylists, you’ll always get something different and rarely what you want.Always come to this one and Jessica does a great job

I went in for a haircut and asked to get some layers put back in my hair. We agreed on taking an inch and a half off the bottom length. After the original cut, I had nice layered curls cascading down the back. It looked great. I asked for another half inch off the length at the bottom. She proceeded to cut another one and a half inches off and I believe even more off of the upper layers. When checking out, she bragged about taking 3 inches off my hair, when I had only asked for two. She cut it like she wanted it and not how I had asked her. Instead of cascading curls, I have a choppy cut which makes me look like a shaggy dog! Worst haircut I have ever had! It's horrible! I wish I had checked reviews for this place before going there. I would have definitely stayed away!

I drove 25 min to get a hair cut.Worst haircut I have ever had. I asked for a low fade. Simple cut right. I get what they wanted to cut. I ended with a military buzz cut. I hate it. I'll never be back. Went home and shaved my head. Next time Ill asked my 10year old to cut my hair.

I asked for less then a inch and she gave me 3 inches off the top And made my bangs uneven I really do not appreciate the staff and they messed up my hair before a big day ?

When checking in they already know by looking at their computer screen how I like it done. If there's any changes in length I tell them and its done right. All very nice ladies.
