Worst Wendy’s I have been too. Service took over 13 minutes to receive cold old food! I even had to come back to the window just to get my food. Then she didnt even look at me when she handed to me like I was wrong. Apparently this is the American Way sponsored by Wendy’s employees. Attitudes are a direct and indirect reflection of leadership. As a Retired Marine of 21 years, I ask nothing for my service except for the services I pay for, if I could give a lower star I would! So disappointing and dissatisfying to see this is how we the paying PEOPLE are being treated! Merica!

They have 2 diesel pumps, only 1 works, and its occupied 90% of the time by someone who either uses it for regular or no hablo ingles.

Bathrooms closed for “cleaning” i saw no one cleaning. Nothing more irritating then not having a bathroom available to the public when they are spending money in the store
