  Extremely rude cashiers. I was attempting to get gas. The pump started running before the noozle was ever put into my car. When I went inside the store to let them know that the pump was acting in this manner and to get my money back, it was a problem to get my money back on my credit card. She beat on the keys to open the register to give me cash and slammed the drawer. Then I said "You don't have to be ugly about it." Then she told me "To have a blessed day for the rest of the year and leave her store because I got what I wanted." I will push my car before I stop at this store again.

  Restroom NEVER WORK AND THE NIGHT GIRL IS REALLY RUDE SHE IS OUTSIDE IN SIDE HER. CAR WHITE NISSAN ALTIMA 1AM AND WALK IN TO BUY COFFEE AND OMG SHE IS REALLY MAD 😠 BECAUSE SHE CAN FINISH HE CIGARETTE

  Good evening,
  I am currently at the scotchman located off highway 210 in benson Nc store #3154. I went inside to purchase a pack of camel crush menthol cigarettes, the price rang up to $9.22 I asked the cashier (Rhonda) why it wasn’t coming up to $6.64 like the sign said and she stated that it was because you have to buy 2 packs of cigarettes for the discounted price so I proceeded to tell her that I wanted the 2 packs then. She rolled her eyes before proceeding to grab the second pack and ring it up, she rang up the cigarettes and I seen the total came up to $18 and some change and I said woah that’s not right, she didn’t stop the transaction then she still continued to get the change from the teller and before she even handed it to me I said no mamm that’s not correct and she just shrugged her shoulders. So I then asked for a receipt. She hands it to me and I look at it and I said see this is not correct if this isn’t going to give me the same price then I do not want the two packs. I handed her receipt and told her to look and she points and says “yes it did” and I explained the math wasn’t adding up right and I wanted my money back and just wanted the 1 pack and she then tells me with an attitude she can’t do it I have to see a manager and so I asked well where is the manager then and she said with a disgusting look on her face and shrugged her shoulders again to tell me “in the morning.” She was extremely rude and unwilling to help resolve the situation. I asked for her name which she said “Rhonda” but I’m not even sure if this is correct as she had no name tag on. I took pictures of the receipt and of the sale sign and I guess I will come back in the morning but I live 30 min from this store location and this is ridiculous. It’s not even like I paid with a card and I hadn’t left the store yet or took the cigarettes with me they were still on the counter. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and the rudeness of the employees this experience has made me never want to visit a scotchman gas station ever again. Something needs to be done about this.. and the sign needs to be taken down if it is not correct advertising. There is no way 2 packs of cigarettes at $6.64 should cost me $17.91 period.

  Can never walk in and walk out, always an issue with something at the register. Plenty of other options so today will be my last time giving this store my business.

  Rewards card never works. False advertising on the prices that are posted in front of the items because then when you get to the register it doesn't ring up like that and the cashier just throws up their hands and are like oh well... Shop here if you want to be ripped off

  lady at cashier was disrespectful towards me when i POLITELY repeated myself asking for ice TWICE because the first time i asked, she didn’t acknowledge me. i was respectful throughout the whole transaction even without exchanging more than a few words and held back every ounce of anger just to get the purchase over with and leave. terrible way to treat anyone. she needs to be let go.

  Water in their gas. Tore up spark plugs, injectors, you name it! Left me stranded at a busy intersection, as well.

  Manger was very rude said anyone who supported trump was trash and she said there money was no good at her store so I left we went everyday with our work trucks spent thousands Dollars every month. Not no more

  This is a nice little neighborhood store and Mobil gas station. For years it was the only store in this area that sold beer and they still have one of the better selections. The employees are always friendly and helpful.
